Well... that caused me to look this
up. Arale's dub VA seems like a good pick, for what little she actually said.
Also makes me realize that Arale apparently has a detectable energy source.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Yajirobe's undergone a bit of an Orwellion retcon, especially his actions in the Vegeta fight, which have tended to be attributed to Krillin (thanks, Xenoverse). Not sure what I think about that.
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"![]()
Yajirobe is in Tenkaichi 3...
It does say something when the most notable exclusion I can think of is frigging Bio-Broly.
This song needs more love.I was a little surprised to not see Pui Pui or Yakon, but I can't think of any notable exclusions other than that.
Seriously, Devilman? Appule? Arale?
No beer?! But if there's no beer, then there's no beef or beans!Hell, Vegeta ended the series deciding he didn't need to be competitive with Goku.
Although there was that blog post a long time ago that explained why him trying to surpass him again wasn't backtracking.
One Strip! One Strip!Almost forgot to address this, but your reaction is proper here Arha.
I mean, even if you don't like the Sword of Hope (and many don't although I like the idea behind it, namely in finding other uses for the Spirit Bomb energy), it's fucking unfair that Trunks fought so hard, asspulled two new powers, and still just had everything ripped from him. And this is after all the shit that had happened to him in his last appearance.
I don't know what the hell Toriyama was even thinking doing that to him. The anime was definitely worse about it with how Zamasu just nuked everyone out of nowhere like he did mere moments after they'd seemingly won. Seriously, what was gained from doing that to Trunks? I know we've talked about how he doesn't owe the characters anything, and it's not untrue, but in this case, I think Trunks deserved a win after all the shit that's been heaped on him.
Sometimes I think Toriyama doesn't actually care about his characters beyond what they can do for the plot, or what jokes he can get out of them.
One Strip! One Strip!

Linda Young, IIRC.
