I haven't seen the entire fight due to patiently waiting for it eventually on Toonami but from what I saw his strategy boiled down to "Hit harder, hit faster, hit harder, hit faster, hit with more arms, hit harder, hit faster, hit harder, hit faster, oh I'm down some limbs then let me use my strongest ki attack which could lead me drained, oh your still alive its okay I've had my fun but since I can't beat you with my strength alone here have a nuke & fuck you humans rock."
Huh the entire thing is a DBZ fight only the last resort was based on technology not anything spiritual or biological.

"The play goes on, but the suspense is over. The rest is mere pantomime, as intricate and as meaningless as the space-time curves that guide galactic clusters through a measureless cosmos."

My various fanfics.I've seen it online, at least in regards to how the 90s anime did the Yorknew Arc. The Greed Island OV As were pretty bad though.

Weird, because it really just looked like his pieces were just burned and he regenerated from the smoke coming off the burnt pieces.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. The difference isn't what matters there.
It was suppose to be him being turned into mist, but I'm saying that's just not what it looked like.
Like his extra burned parts still existed while he was regenerating from the smoke.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Yeah, the whole thing with Buu coming back from smoke was blatantly unfair.
I mean, Gotenks pulls it off and destroys him, and then him and Piccolo even go as far as to burn the remains (because Piccolo knew that even pieces of Buu could reform) and he just says fuck you! back from the smoke!
I remember watching that ep and being baffled at how Buu was going to keep coming since I knew how it all ended, so when that happened, I was like well shit.
This is what happens when you only have one main villain, and all other fights are just build up to when the main hero arrives to fight that villain. Anyone else stepping up to try is just an appetizer set up to fail.
It's still damned entertaining at times, but still. All that build up to fusion, only for it to amount to nothing, as is often the case with this series.
One Strip! One Strip!

Well, the outcome was "I had a nuclear bomb in my chest the entire time because did you really think I was stupid enough to risk the future of the world on a fist fight with you?"
I'm wholeheartedly impressed of you guessed that bit from first watch.
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"
