My guess is he's talking to himself, saying that he *should* have said something to his brother before Champa vanished.
Either that or he's adressing Champa, saying he wished Champa would have said something to him.
Or that he's sad Champa isn't around and he already misses their arguments.
Could be a lot of things, really. But the specifics don't really matter much. The common thread is his begrudging sadness over the death of his brother.
I could buy that.
Oh yeah. That is a good one.
One Strip! One Strip! The Ultra Instinct transformation could have been great and it had a fantastic start but it fell on its face hard. As it stands, I'm waiting for Goku to master it before delivering a final judgement but the initial transformation was disappointing.
This song needs more love.I actually like that it isn't something Goku just has control over the instant he gets it. This is supposed to be something that is incredibly difficult to do, and Goku is having a hard time even activating it, let alone using it effectively.
No doubt by the end of the Tournament he'll have mastered it enough to have defeated Jiren, but...

I suppose the moments of the series I always associate with it are villain related ones. The shot of Freeza leering down at everyone after transforming into his final form, basking in their horror. The panel of Cell dragging the old man, just before absorbing him. The beam battle between Goku and Vegeta, particularly the lead up as Vegeta stops playing around...
The moment that sticks with me the most, though, is Piccolo blasting through Goku's shoulder, and the subsequent torture. It's one of the first moments I think of when I think Dragonball. It's (and Piccolo and his father in general) always represented to me Dragonball's flow from its early days to its later days.
The form itself? Nothing, it's awesome. Goku losing it and getting curb stomped once again was really anti-climactic, though. Like, it was barely better than Blue's first fight.

This song needs more love.Well yeah, that's kind of what I mean. Goku should have gotten UI and then spent the rest of the arc trying to master it while fighting Jiren instead of losing it, Jiren screwing off, and then spending who knows how many episodes on unrelated stuff.

This song needs more love.UI isn't the only thing that matters.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. As far as single images go, Gohan and Buu staring down
◊ was one of my favorite scenes in the Buu saga.
Also, damn Buu. You tall.
I thought it was cool too, but I feel like I'm also alone in thinking there was something seriously wrong with Gohan during his ultimate transformation. Like, he wasn't thinking straight, he was trying to kill buu using only physical blows, which he really should have known wouldn't work. Ki blasts were the only thing that ever seemed to do any significant damage to Buu and here the supposed scholar of the group is punching him and then taunting him while he's regenerating that damage.
Boo can be taken down by physical blows...
If worn down enough...
