No clue, there's no basis for comparison between them. One doesn't even have a fully elaborated on power. And the only real answer right now is Maji Kayo.
Because he still exists.
Call me a noodle again, bitch! I fucking dare you!
To diverge a little bit, I was just gushing over how cool the Goku/Vegeta square off is from the Saiyan saga (you know, the famous panels where they take their stances on the cliff across from each other).
Is there any specific bits of imagery from DB that really appeals to you guys?
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"Gohan seeing the image of a bird taking off, right before he transforms.
Interestingly, we see a similar image when Goku transforms against Cooler.
Always thought that reference was kind of underappreciated.
- This
moment is gold, particularly 3:51.
- This
also, almost harkening back to the time Goku punched Piccolo through the stomach and we saw his Great Ape form right behind him.
- RIP Sean Schmmel's vocal cords, again. They had a good run.
- Goku and Freeza punching each other. The auras are on FIRE in this scene.
Pretty much any instance of Goku utterly losing his sh't has me captivated. Transforming for the first time against Freeza - though the Cooler one shines because of the music and the close-up on Goku's eyes in that moment - and when he snaps against Black and Zamasu.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I know a lot of people consider the Father Son Galick Gun against Zamasu to be a pretty stand-out moment. I'd say Gohan and Goku flying towards each other at max power during the recruitment episode to be fairly iconic. There's also Spirit Sword Trunks, for better or worse (I say better).
Non-Super-wise, I'd say that Goku punching through King Piccolo is one of my favorite images of the series.
Goku and Vegeta's first fight as a whole is freaking legendary. One of the most memorable for me, and hell for pretty much everyone, is the beam struggle.
though i do love the father-son kamehameha from the cell saga, or the instance in fusion reborn where gohan one-shots freiza
from dragon ball, i do have to agree that goku punching through piccolo's chest is super iconic and memorable as well.

The music just really sells that rage moment. It really had to, since I can't *really* buy Gohan raging over Android 16 without it.
Now the Father-Son Kamehameha... fantastic. I honestly think the Gohan V Cell fight is, after the Everyone V Vegeta fight, the best DBZ final battle.
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"I agree with everything you guys have said about the beam struggle with Vegeta, transforming against Freeza, the father-son Kamehameha, etc. I'll add the final Spirit Bomb pushing into Buu and crumbling his body. When I was first getting into Dragon Ball, I watched the Japanese ending to GT, where Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku plays over a montage of Goku's entire life. Hits you right in the feels. A lot of the stuff in that clip stuck with me.
Aside from the action beats, one of the visuals that really sticks with me is Vegeta giving Goku the thumbs up while he's lying in the mud after the Buu fight.
The very best, like no one ever was. Check out my Spider-Man fanfic here! [1]Heh yeah the final spirit bomb always manages to tear me up.
Everything about it, from the SS 3 theme playing, Goku's final thoughts on Buu before powering up to Super Saiyan one last time, telling him adios, everyone rooting for him to win, Buu's final anihilation & Goku & Vegeta's mutual thumbs up to signify both their victory & genuine friendship at the end.
Iconic in every sense of the word.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Goku's first transformation into a Great Ape.
Completely out of nowhere, and a real game changer, even if we didn't get an explanation until years later.
One Strip! One Strip!Aside from the moments everyone's already mentioned, I'd also add Roshi beefing up and firing off the first on-screen Kamehameha Wave.
Also, while this moment may pale in comparison to the ones already mentioned, one image that's always stuck with me is the image of #18 pecking Krillin on the cheek. It was adorable while also somehow being threatening, which is a pretty rare combination.
EDIT: Oh! And Piccolo blasting Raditz and Goku with the Makankosappo. Can't forget that.

No beer?! But if there's no beer, then there's no beef or beans!Honestly I wish Gohan's SSJ 2 transformation had come after his dad's sacrifice. I know that requires moving stuff around, but I think that would make it a ton more meaningful.
Every moment Master Roshi shakes off the goofiness and goes serious is great. I know that his perverse attitude is a turn off for some but for me that just makes it cooler when he decides it's time to get dangerous.

"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"I don't get acting as if Gohan's rage is supposed to be about 16 specifically. He would have reacted the same way if it had been literally anyone else. It was that he failed to save someone (and thought he was going to let the whole world die) that triggered it.
I think him not having some big emotional attachment makes it more powerful because it says more about Gohan as a person.

Yeah, the whole reason he turned Super Saiyan 1 was because Goku made him think of all the people (Krillin, Piccolo, etc.) who would die if Gohan didn't get his act together and power up. So it makes sense that when he fails to protect anyone, that feeling of rage and failure triggers his SSJ 2 transformation.

The very best, like no one ever was. Check out my Spider-Man fanfic here! [1]For some reason the manga showing Vegito for the first time comes to mind, just how sudden his introduction was, there weren't any panels that showed off his hair or clothes, it was all show off in one panel, and something about that was really striking. Beyond that, I can't think of any from Z aside from the already mentioned cooler movies bird thing. Tiens first Ki Ko ho during his saga was really impressive.....
Okay... I can think of one more... I'm not quite proud of it, but the introduction of SS 4 was pretty chilling Since it was the only form that didn't have the villain present, so it was surprising how intimidating and quiet the scene was. I may have had my gripes about GT but that was the first bit of GT I ever saw and it was actually pretty amazing.

The U7 Namekians were primarily distinguished by way of the significant members of the race having distinct manners of dress, thus allowing them to be easily identifiable from a glance. You don't have to be snowflakes to be visually distinct. Not being palette swaps tends to suffice - though, admittedly, in this case, the muted color scheme also contributes to it, making what is distinct'' less vibrant and noticeable.
Still, the U6 Namekians in contrast differ in that they are predominantly based on designs we have already seen - they are intentionally designed to look like the Namekians we already know - but as such compared to the rest of their team, they feel like afterthoughts. They're far from the only characters in the Tournamet of Power to have uncreative designs, but they stand out due to getting a slight focus arc dedicated to them.
