Different from low-class. Apparently Saiyans are divided into upper and lower warriors, the former of which are allowed to do missions and kill planets, the latter of which are forced to either be noncombat personnel or Infiltration Babies. Upper-level warriors are themselves divided into the classes we know.
That makes no sense. Toriyama... please. Write things down. Have notes on hand. You sound so dumb.
My various fanfics.I'm aware of the one different word between them, but acting like they're entirely different things is just being silly. They don't make sense together.
There's absolutely no indication that upper warriors are divided into low class and elites like you said Pushover. That system isn't mentioned at all.

Seems like a really easy assumption to make, since the wording is different and if you assume it's referring to two different things, it doesn't really contradict anything. If Raditz was a lower-level warrior, than he wouldn't have even been a combatant at all, so he must've been an upper-level warrior. All it does it add one more level to the classism of Saiyan society.
Minor 119 spoilers (like, really minor, it barely reveals anything new): "A New Victim from Universe 7! Universe 4 Gets Serious!" An invisible enemy! Universe 4's surprise attack! With the annihilation of Universe 6, the Tournament of Power has entered its final stage! Universe 4 now begins a surprise attack against Universe 7! How will Goku and co. face this invisible enemy?!

Maybe. Saiyan society being Asskicking Equals Authority would still mean that classes would generally be along Power Level lines, but maybe what class you're in isn't strictly defined just by your Power Level. Hell, that idea is even supported in Bardock: Father of Goku where Bardock is a low-class Saiyan despite having a Power Level rivalling that of the king's, which is 10,000.

You seem to keep missing that lower-level warriors can be sent as infiltration babies and become upper-level warriors
He had that after a zenkai, and everything went to shit after that point so it's not like he was classed as low-class WITH that battle power. We don't know what he had before that.

And Jiren is basically the formula boiled down to nothing. He's just strong, no character traits apart from that or even a cool design.
(though I hear Manga!Jiren is more... palatable.)
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"I don't really find S Cells to be as stupid as midichlorians were. Force was this mystic religious thing and explaining people connection to it with some kind of pseudo science was pointless and stupid. Super Sayian on the other hand is a racial trait, so it seems obvious that theirs a biological basis to it. This is just giving a name for something we all knew had to be there.
Now, I find it a bit weird that apparently gentle living environment helps in becoming a Super Sayian. That one seems counter intuitive at best.
Maybe a self-defense response? A saiyan in a hostile environment would be getting zenkai boosts to even out their chances for survival. Meanwhile, a saiyan in a peaceful world would need a sudden boost to be able to match any real threat. Maybe.
I'm not sure it was ever thought out that way, but it kinda makes sense. It doesn't really matter. S Cells works as well as push-ups and juice, or any other arbitrary fill-in, as an explanation.

Acutely I think the gentle living environment makes sense since the body can more easily focus on building up the explosive surge needed for SS instead of needing to expen that same energy just to survive
The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success. Insanity runs in my family. It practically gallops.
