It was decent & it came after the whole Frost business which was easily the worst part of the arc.
It was entertaining what can I say. Veggie struggled a little, Magetta has a nice design & power-set. There was honestly nothing really bad about it.
Though fucking Hell Veggie had the most fights in that arc. Thank God Hit kicked his ass like a little bitch, he did not deserve to hog the spotlight that much.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I'm sorry, what did you say Arha?
This isn't a victory I.. I don't know what this is.
If you seriously concede then I'll... I'll just blow up this forum like I said! So unless you want to want this thread to get locked, GET BACK IN HERE and PUNCH me in my PERFECT jawline!
I'm actually not. Magetta is probably the least interesting character/fight of the U6 bunch and I shouldn't be defending him in the first place. I just get triggered and "devils-advocative" when anyone says something is "meaningless."
I might have misspoke. I'm not saying Vegeta's not a planet buster - I am saying I don't think he's actually resisted the explosion of a planet straight-up and that it should be counted toward "Vegeta shouldn't be hurt by lava." That's the point I want to make.
Saying "well he takes laser beams to the face, he can probably resist lava," sounds fishy to me. Technically he hasn't done the latter, and unless someone wants to go full Mythbuster's on how well you can resist lava when you take superhuman blows/energy beams to the face - and then factor in Vegeta still getting hurt by those nonetheless - then I'm not willing to write off the entire Magetta fight as pointless based primarily on the assertion, "lava can't hurt Vegeta, therefore Magetta's whole concept is dumb does not make any sense."
And that is all I have to say about that, counterpoints come as they may.

I mean obviously some people liked it, but that doesn't mean everyone is going to care.
And yea, Saiyans being affected by heat or lava isn't that egregious. Planet busters or not, they're still flesh and blood at the end of the day and I think we tend to forget that a lot.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.

You're apparently a fan of the fight and I am not. I could say more but it would probably come across as insulting. For my last word on the matter, I'm going to note that I'm pretty sure Vegeta was a planet buster in his first attack, Roshi was a planet buster in the first tournament Vegeta was definitely a planet buster by the time he fought Perfect Cell because his allies were worried that he got so pissed off that he launched a potentially planet busting attacking attack at Cell.
And no, not every opponent has to be as strong as Vegeta to have a decent fight with him, but I take issue with relying on factors that should not be a threat, did not occur naturally and are only enough to let him keep up when Vegeta is fighting at a tiny fraction of his actual ability level.
Okay, that's all I have to say. I'm clearly not going to change your mind. If you want to respond to that, go ahead. Don't want to seem like I'm starting an argument and then insisting on the last word.
