Monna's nowhere near as bad as Frost.
On Episode 117: pretty good episode, actually. The Kamikaze Fireballs went out in a badass way, and Brianne learned a valuable lesson about tolerance and not judging a book by its cover. 18 is awesome, and it looks like she's much stronger than initially thought, around 17's level. I really liked the bouncy and fun animation on Ribrianne, and her final form was way larger than I was expecting. In terms of size, she was probably larger than any other Dragon Ball character aside from Porunga and Zarama.
Also, given how Ribrianne was constantly talking about how she was fighting to "spread love throughout the multiverse", it looks like you guys totally misinterpreted the intent of her wish. Seems like it should be obvious how a goddess of love would be about spreading love instead of getting loved...
Man, it sure is lucky getting punched through the brain isn't fatal.

I like how they showed that for all o Ribrianne constant talk about "love" she really had no idea what it is. And in the end she turned into a giant monster. Fitting.
Glad we got her out of the way at least. Now it's just those three guys, and they will probably get eliminated next week.
Oh yeah, Vegeta letting himself get pummeled to get Ultra Instinct was hilarious.
It wasn't so much the sneak attack she objected too, as much as disrespecting the transformation process (which is sacred).
The dub at least goes with "Zalama and Super Shenron are the same being". That's official enough for me.
Would they be willing to fuse in this situation?
It takes a lot to even make them consider such a thing. Plus, we all know it'd run out after 12 seconds or the usual bullshit.
One Strip! One Strip! Not long enough that much is for sure. I don't trust Toriyama to not decide to have it fail to surprise people.
The last time a new (Saiyan exclusive) power up won the day was Super Saiyan 2.
One Strip! One Strip!I don't know if I'd call Super worse than GT.
All joking aside...well, there was one thing I liked about GT, and that was the idea of the balls having actual consequences to their overuse and the Z warrior's overeliance on them, but's been long since ruined by you Saiga! BY FRIDGE LOGIC.

One Strip! One Strip!Considering this is gonna run to march, this is a going to be a long 15 minutes.
So, we get to make Namek jokes again it seems.
One Strip! One Strip!Maybe this arc only existed for relating to the Namek "5 minutes" thing...
Because it just, kinda makes no sense.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice."Toriyama, everyone is still talking about how time in the Namek arc made no sense."
"Really?"
"Yeah. They're really glad that it finally ended."
"...Is that a challenge?"

This song needs more love.So Ribrianne continues to be awful, but at least we got some eliminations and Android focus in this episode. Man, 18 did not look good here. Bailed out by 17 after they paired off against single opponents, then has to win with really schlocky power of love crap.
edit: Also, given that she was being kicked around by 18, Ribrianne did not come across as being very powerful here.

She was eliminated apparently...
That's new...

18 eliminated one of the big guns? Par-tay!
Always liked her.
