Heh I like that character idea for the girls too.
Oh most definitely there gonna be in Xenoverse eventually. Its a non-question. The fun part is Fighter Z where that game has a very specific & condensed roster where every character is carefully picked. Really makes ya think there.
Also anyone else noticed that this whole match with Kefla took like 4 minutes?

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."...This really just sounds like you trying to come up with a rationalization for any of Kale's personality coming through. Caulifla was excited about what Goku could do because she was determined to do it herself, but Kefla already has the crazy power.
Really though, I don't see how it matters, she basically has "generic fusion personality", the same as Gotenks and Veggetto. It just so happens that that generic personality is much closer to Caulifla's to begin with than with Kale's.

I know I've been kinda down on the TOP and the idea of Goku getting a new power-up, but I will say that UI does have some very well choreographed moments. Skating on Kefla's beam was pretty neat.
Edit: The manga chapter got translated. I'm curious what the relationship between Jiren and Belmond is. Even more interesting, Jiren is willing to let his universe get erased until Belmond goads him with the opportunity of getting his wish considering he had no intention of willfully erasing someone else's universe.

Writing by the seat of his pants or not, Toriyama created a powerful bond between Goku and Piccolo:
- From two sworn enemies staring each other down...
- To putting aside their differences for a common goal.
- Although Vegeta
's is probably better-known, Piccolo realized his respect for Goku
much sooner.
- Training and sparring with one another for the first time since the tournament
, again, for the purpose of beating a threat larger than them.
- Piccolo trained both of Goku's sons at one point, and baby-sat his granddaughter
.
- And finally, two old enemies sitting together on a rooftop, poking fun at one another
.
Piccolo might as well be the Zeppeli to Goku's Jonathan. erh, well, I meant that in a positive way.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Awwww its sweet how much their relationship has grown throughout the years.
Also I think Cauli is the most brash & headstrong Saiyan we have, even more than Vegeta at his worst. Its like after she gets defused she still has the gall to threaten Goku despite again being totally overpowered during a Fusion by one person. Getting her ass absolutely handed to her will not keep this monkey down. Its like compared to Vegeta cause for all his bluster & Saiyan pride knew when to shut up especially after getting his own ass shredded. She's like Scrappy Doo or something.
I don't know I just find this funny.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."This question was probably posed before, but should someone add the relevant Dr. Slump characters to the Dragon Ball character pages? It was shown that a variant of the Dr. Slump cast exists in Universe 7 (since Goku visiting Penguin Village was in the original manga, and Arale does appear in Dragon Ball Super).
At most we had Renso telling Cabba that his younger sister had more potential than him which, while a nice complement, is far from telling Caulifla that she's the greatest ever. Closest to that is Kale telling her how great she is, but she did that as often as she shit on herself, which Caulifla hated.
Hell, Caulifla's confidence mostly stems from her learning about all these higher super forms that she, as a Saiyan, should logically be able to accomplish eventually. Kale actually seems to have more self-confidence than Caulifla now that her character development is over.
A lot of Caulifla's boisterous nature is just her talking big and acting tough, while Kale's self-confidence is genuine and born from a former place of extreme self-hatred.
Also, after rewatching it a couple dozen more times, Goku vs Caulifla and Kale/Kafla is definitely getting a spot on my list of top ten fights in the franchise.

A plan that Vegito came up with in under an hour, having no prior evidence that indicated such a plan would even work.
- Buu ate my family.
- Maybe if I piss Buu off enough he'll try to eat me too.
- And once I'm inside of him, I'll go to where all of my family and friends are.
- Hopefully they haven't been digested yet.
- And then I'll fly my way out.
I'm assuming I'm forgetting a line where they said something about still sensing the absorption victims inside of Buu, so maybe that would make Vegito's plans make more sense.
And I mean - Gohan's the smart one, and even he didn't think to let Buu absorb him so that he could free Gotenks and Piccolo.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!

@VeryMelon: I'm glad you like his idea. Just wanted to share it around due to the perfect timing.
@slimcoder: Xenoverse games make it a non-issue when it comes to giving characters unique, non-canon move-sets (for instance, look at Champa Arc's Frost and Cabba in that game).
Even giving them separate slots in FighterZ is possible, and your pitch is proof of that. I think 113-116 showed off some decent movesetsnote to make Kale into a grappler, or Caulifla into a rushdown character with some counters.
Though, I think splitting the difference and making the pair similar to Android 18 would be for the best. Their max level special would be fusing into Kefla.
@TwistedGear: You just made me of realize something I just liked about UI Goku versus Kefla: it took the set-up and execution of "Roshi versus Ganos" fight Up To Eleven (making my "Goku reinventing Roshi's wheel" comment even more hilarious).
Despite Kefla and Ganos having constantly rising power levels and being youthful hotheads, Roshi and Goku respectively conserve their stamina by outmaneuvering their attacks, then finally cementing that tactics and power should be balanced with a finishing Kamehameha wave.
Also, we're totally in the same camp
◊ for that match. Let the ham off begin...
