Again, the full OP has Goku as the singer tell someone to "light that fire inside of them", "break through the sadness", and "fight, because you're a fighter too" in what's referred to as "the climax scene", and I can't help but think of Gohan because all three of those apply perfectly to him. Who else would need encouragement to light a familiar fire inside themselves, break through sadness, and need to be reminded that they're a fighter, too?

Which will never be tapped, because Toriyama doesn't want write Gohan...even though he doesn't want to develop Goku either.
One Strip! One Strip! How the hell does Spirit Bomb work? Does it amplify contributed energy? Even with Frieza, I call shenanigans on the combined energy of scrubs like Roshi, Krillin and Tien, and to a lesser extent the Androids, being able to contribute enough for Goku's Spirit Bomb to be strong enough that Jiren actually has to try to repel it.
Yeah that was silly. The Genki Dama originally had all of that except Freeza, plus more, and it still wasn't enough to use against Pure Boo until the Earthlings started contributing. And they're in the world of void so can't even use the genki from nearby planets and shit
But I expected that. Just ignore the idea that the Genki Dama was ever going to be worth anything.

I mean, it wouldn't have been a bad idea for some of the other non-Universe-7 fighters to contribute to the Spirit Bomb. Jiren's continued presence is basically a win condition for Universe 11, so it'd make more sense to help Goku eliminate him with a one-off technique now and then pick off Goku himself later.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!

Frieza's attitude, I think, is Pragmatic Villainy. I doubt he'll actually betray the team during the tournament. Obviously he'll still try and stack things in his favor and take notes for later, but no outright treachery. After all, the only way he can return to life is either getting the Super Dragonballs, which is a long shot and there are bigger things that his resurrection he could wish for, or Goku following up on his promise. I think he's playing the long game here
I realize that even though the Earth Dragonballs can't wish him back since they already revived him, he could still wish to go to the Namekian Dragonballs. He hasn't been dead for more than a year, so they would revive him. Though that's going to take some wording to keep him on a leash. I see it like this
On Earth
On New Namek
