That was the Universe 7/Universe 6 tournament.
This is something completely new.
One Strip! One Strip! The team leader from 11 is the one being hyped as the Final Boss, right? Since he's in last place now I bet he's going to do a mass-elimination, including KO'ing some of "our" guys.
Jiren isn't really the team leader of Universe 11, but he is the strongest member, so you might not be wrong.
It'd be nice if he got to it. They lost a lot of people because he didn't take out Kale when he had the opportunity.
One Strip! One Strip!
Toppo is pretty much the Supporting Leader. I agree though, I can see Jiren eventually going on a rampage and cleaning house, most likely when he is the last remaining U11 member.
The 7-6 tournament wasn't the usual format either. It wasn't a bracket tournament, but a team 1 v 1 elimination tournament.
I think a number of people originally expected a 1 v 1 bracket tournament involving all universes, which would have been a ridiculously large scope and be incredibly slow-paced.
When we started getting more details about the tournament, including that only 8 universes would need to participate, Pushover pointed out that we had the exact number to do a traditional Budokai bracket. If that was 10 v 10 for each match, that'd still be too time consuming to go through all seven matches.
I had thought about a tournament bracket with smaller teams, subbing in new fighters as others are eliminated, and only those who don't get eliminated go onto the next round - but that would mean the losing universes still go through all their fighters, and the first rounds would have to have the winning universes beat 10 other fighters without losing much of their numbers which would make things super lopsided.
Instead, I think that if they followed a traditional bracket, with each fighter in a universe only allowed to participate in one battle it would be easier to manage. Universe 7 would realize they need their strongest fighters for the last round, and the earlier rounds can be won by the weaker fighters without them being overshadowed or coming up with contrived reasons for them to contribute. Downside is that only the two universes in the final round get to show off all their fighters, but no matter what format you come up with you can showcase off all 80 fighters while still having any sort of pacing at all.
Jiren would probably be the last fighter standing, along with Goku. Jiren would overpower SSB Kx 10 Goku, and Goku would have to risk death and power himself up even further.
Ha ha ha. What a story, Mark.Hey look, it's manga version of Infinite Zamasu.
I- I- I- AM- AM- AM- IMM- IMM- IMM- ORT- ORT- ORT- AL!- AL!- AL!
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I love how it sounds like a Stupid Statement Dance Mix just because there are that many of them repeating the same dialogue.
I had a dream about dragon ball super last night.
Roh and Sidra were somehow still alive (but kind of decrepit) and had recruited Lady Cell (made from Universe 6's most powerful fighters). They were rushing back to the Tournament of Power ("we can still do this!"), but ended up shittalking Lady Cell too much, resulting in her killing them both with an explosion attack.
Also back at the tourney Jiren started talking, revealing himself as a huge chatterbox with a very friendly and casual speaking style, which immediately made him everyone's favorite character.
The rumour that the To P arc will end in November is based on this image
(see bottom part of the image) and as always it's just fans jumping to conclusion.
The way I see it is that the months of September, October and November will cover the To P arc. But it doesn't say anything about ending it in November, in fact the implication is that it will continue after November as the 'TV bar' doesn't stop somewhere in November.
- Blue Goku, Blue Vegeta and 16 are in
- Blue Goku has Blue Kaioken
- 16 is the main villain of the game's cinematic what-if story

I wonder how differently SSB Goku and SSB Vegeta will play from SS1 Goku and SS1 Vegeta. Guessing Kaioken will be a Super Mode like Golden Freeza. 16 being in the game means that more obscure characters have more of a chance than previously anticipated. Blue Goku with Kaioken also soft-confirms that Hit and Beerus will be playable, hopefully other Super characters as well. Give me Magetta, an enormous character with a slow playstyle of being unable to fly but with massively powerful punches, his spin move, and lava projectile attacks.
Finally, 16 being the main villain of a game with Blue Kaioken Goku in it is VERY interesting, and I REALLY want to see where they go with this concept.

It is kind of funny, some fans were expecting a traditional tournament format ala the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai of Dragon Ball.
"Mai waifu."
