Ignoring some relatively inconsequential details he got wrong (because that seems to be a running theme with his videos), I rather liked that "What If" scenario. It can be a fun one to think about. Although one thing he got "wrong" is that Toriyama probably wouldn't have Vegetto count as two Saiyans for the Super Saiyan God ritual, he'd just have it take five Saiyans instead of six (ya know, assuming Toriyama was the one who wrote that).
I'm also not sure if Vegetto would defuse. After all, he'd have spent the last four years as himself building his own identity. Defusing would be essentially killing himself.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! That or it's still six Saiyans, and they either bring Tarble back to replace Vegeta in the ritual, or they can't pull it off at all and Vegito has to try beating Beerus with just Super Saiyan 3; might work somewhat with Movie!Beerus, wouldn't do shit against DBS!Beerus.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!I find it funny that the anime is bringing back SSG when Goku is fighting alongside hit when the manga brought it back for Goku fighting against Hit.
Anyway, now that the Future Trunks arc is done in the manga - how necessary do you find the destruction of Trunks' timeline to be to the resolution of the arc? It did resolve the Zen-Oh button without making it an easy solution or wasting the build up, and it definitely established Zen-Oh as someone not to be toyed with. However, the impact is really cheapened by just creating another timeline and the fact that Trunks is written out anyway, so it feels largely like a waste of time.
At the very least, the ending would make sense if it was a reason to get Trunks to join the main cast. But if he's being written out, I think that leaving him in his timeline and establishing Zen-Oh some other way would be better.
One other idea I had was for Zen-Oh to still destroy the timeline but have the team manage to evacuate the future Earthlings and Trunks and have them move to Universe 6 (which adds a moral dilemma when Trunks has to fight for Universe 6 to protect his people in the Tournament of Power).
Thoughts?

Ehh. I know what you're talking about and it's not really returning the hug. He pretty much taps Gohan on the back and then pushes him off.
