I dislike Krillin basically saying "stay here with the kid like a good woman and don't forget dinner."
One of the better parts of GT for me was seeing Krillin with a hole blasted in him, I confess.
If they bother to include pairings then they should make some effort to mae them decent.
They didn't have to put them there but because they did then they should try. As said theres never an excuse for crappy writing.
I'm pretty sure thats not what he said.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Seeing characters in pain is one of life's joys...
I'd accept it...
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.
Krillin got careless because the plot needed him to be...even though someone as powerful as Frost really didn't need him to drop his guard to eliminate him, but there you go.
I once again blame the plot for that. They didn't want 18 in the fight, so they forced a really poor reason and had Krillin give it. Again, not his fault that getting from point A to point B is more important than how they get there, or how much sense it makes for the character.
That...I don't disagree with. Obviously, my reasons for not hating it are different from yours (and possibly worse) but I still don't disagree.
One Strip! One Strip! The fighting should be the main focus, not romance.....I'm semi-okay with couples being terrible if the fighting is good.
Yeah, I know it's an excuse for lazy writing, but I was never that interested in pairings to begin with. I just want to see people punch each other......
When shows span years, decades (or in D Bs case it is 54 years from the Bardock special to the end of GT) its going to be a focus at some time. Also characters we have known and loved well need to get loved too.
I think Extreme Butouden was forgotten because it's shit. If FigtherZ isn't shit, it'll be remembered.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Soooooo, I notice nobody posted it but the next chapter of the manga is leaking. And thank fucking christ, the arc is finally over.
Everything pretty much played out like it did in the Anime; Zeno comes, nukes everything, they go back, touching reunion and then Trunks and Mai peace out. There's a pretty cute scene of (Future) Mai feeding Trunks.
Literally seconds you ninja'd me. SECONDS.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. This is the most buzz a Dragon Ball game has gotten outside of the Dragon Ball fandom in ages.
This song needs more love. No, because Fighter Z and Extreme Butoden are totally diffrrent games and Fighter Z has nuch higher production values.
Given the extreme hype, it only needs to play how it is advertised to be well received. This isn't like the usual games that are targetting the demographic that want a huge roster, fanservice, accuracy to the show etc.
It's filling a niche that other games don't. DB fans who are also hardcore fighting fans is a pretty specific niche, but we've always known that they're there and Fighter Z has also drawn attention from non-DB fans as well for the fighting system.
Super Dragon Ball Z is still fondly remembered for providing something the other games don't. This looks to be better in every aspect.
Apparently in the manga Toyotarou took Goku's touching reunion with Chi-Chi and Goten and gave that moment to Vegeta with Trunks and Bulma instead, almost shot for shot. Kind of a dick move, really.
I can't wait to see the inevitable gameplay of the Trio De Dangers in every Dragon Ball fighting game ever in the near future, because they're practically tailor-made as characters for fighting games.
Which is funny since Super Dragon Ball Z was mostly overlooked at the time due to being out between the Tenkaichi games. I wasn't as big a fighting game fan as I was now, so it was pretty much ignored among the casual DB community.
But yea, Fighter Z has a pretty big name attached to it and Bamco are basically trying to finally make it into a real competitive game. Dragon Ball games tend to have metagames, but the mechanics are usually too jank for people to play it seriously for too long and developers never really expressed interest in making it competitive.
I highly doubt they're going to be in Fighter Z. Xenoverse possibly, but not Fighter Z.

See, I had a funny comment about you using that meme, but I'm more concerned with why Piccolo sounds even more constipated than usual in that clip.

Like you said tho, that's no excuse for lazy writing. And yet, Shonen is still packed with terrible pairings :V
