Super Saiyan God is crazy broken because of the power retention.
The movie even demonstrates that you can get another God powerup after retaining the power from your first one, amplifying your power even further, so basically, every time they do the ritual, it permanently increases your power.
They should just keep doing it.
Super Saiyan 4 is powerful, but it doesn't have an Infinite Power hack programmed into it.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. That would be a good idea actually. It would definitely let them keep up with Bils level enemies when they reach the limits of training.....
Is that thing in Dragon Ball Online where you can use the balls to wish to be a Super Saiyan something that's actually possible?
One Strip! One Strip!
Well if what happened with Goku Jr can be taken seriously, it doesn't matter how diluted the blood of a Saiyan is, all you need is a little Saiyan DNA and to get pretty pissed off and *BOOM*... Super Saiyan.
By the way, to view more detailed information of Goku's official Saiyan childhood here the link: Dragon Ball Minus
. I only got one word for this: Re-re-re-rectons!

It's a double edged sword though. While you can supposedly become a Super Saiyan much easier, you power level as a Super Saiyan would be very low. For example, take Goku Jr, who was rarely had a fight or battle early on in his life, his power level would be like ~300:
300 x 50 (Multiplier a Super Saiyan transformation provides to the base form) = 15,000
Seriously, with a power level like that, Krillin could curb stomp Goku Jr.

Information about Dragon Ball Minus is interesting. Retcons the hell out of the Bardock special which in some ways is a good thing.
I like the explanation of Freeza ordering the Saiyans to get back to Planet Vegeta, rather than trying to send people off world to exterminate them. It better explains how a select few slipped through the cracks.

How about the fact that Goku being sent to Earth at the age of three retcons him both being found as a baby by Grandpa Gohan, and his battle with Raditz being their first real meeting with each other even though he lived with his parents for three years, so Raditz at the very least should have interacted with his brother at least once.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Another retcon from the manga - the reason Goku is sent to Earth is different. In Dragon Ball Minus, he's sent there by Bardock illegally because Bardock is suspicious of Freeza. It was just a normal mission (to wipe out Earth) in the manga. Given how well known the original reason is that's a big thing to change.
Dragonball won't get a rebooted anime.
It followed the Manga too closely (even with the filler).
Most manga that get more than one anime have it either because the anime was different from the manga, or because said anime was forced to end before the manga did.
Dragonball managed to avoid that somehow.
One Strip! One Strip!I wouldn't say so. I mean, you have to make a wish upon a magical dragon to activate your ability to become a Super Saiyan; it cannot be done naturally. By contrast, Goten and Trunks were doing it at 7.
That's no more an example of Saiyan genes being incredibly dominant than Garlic Jr. demonstrating his race's incredible propensity for becoming immortal. The Saiyan blood has diluted pretty significantly.

This is true.
I've always just kinda been on the fence about how powerful everyone (especially the villains) got. I keep wondering if escalating things in that way was the best choice for the series. I still love a lot of the fights, but still.
Edit: I've seen some talk about Goku's mom on Scans Daily.
They don't like that she's not a fighter in a race known for fighters. I'm kinda with them on that.
