???
Randomness don't know that one.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. So I was kind of annoyed that the episode kept cutting back to the Gods commentating on whats happening in the fights. There were too many cutaways for my liking.
The only thing I can think of in Z was Goku believing Raditz's lie about being willing to reform.
Goku letting his guard down may be something that Toriyama always had in mind, but didn't take time to convey often. Its like how the threats Goku faced made him look battle hungry and heroic, when he was supposed to be mostly battle hungry. Maybe Goku was supposed to appear lax, but his shortcomings just came off as understandable given the circumstances.
I still wish Raditz and Nappa came back. I always thought they were cool. It always bugged me as a kid that they never even thought to wish them back. Young me thought that bringing them back during the wait for the androids would have been a good idea.

x4 The fact that it reads Japanese Opening says all it needs to...
I've never listened to that version.

Plus, when Goku tested out the no fly rule, didn't he fall to the ground rather slowly as well?
Add that to how fast they can move, and it probably just looks like they are still flying...
Or the writers just screwed up because it's been years since they animated a pure ground based fight.
One Strip! One Strip!Or early Dragon Ball, for that matter.
In regards to Dragon Ball's opening, I've actually watched the entire thing (baring episodes that were pure filler) and the dub's OP uses a translated version of the JP one and doesn't say "machine cloud", it says "Nimbus".
Which of course means the rest will only be a minute.

This song needs more love.Speaking of, I don't see why so many people are complaining that what we've seen of the ToP happened in only a minute. Just take a moment to think about the series' power scaling. As early as the 21st Budoukai, the fighters were moving at speeds too great for the normal eye to see and there isn't a proper adjective to adequately describe how much stronger and faster they are now compared to then. Unless every single fighter spent more than a minute talking (and even that might not be an issue), half an episode taking only a minute of IU time is probably low balling their speeds.
The same thing applies to SSJ Goku VS 100% Freeza. Ignoring all the padding and filler the anime added, it's perfectly reasonable that the fight took less than seven minutes (Freeza added two more minutes to the timer partway through).
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Yeah, sure, you can just ignore my entire post. That's perfectly reasonable. /s
