Yes, the Budokai series. Because they don't usually do alternate ultimates for form changes, they combined Movie 7's Spirit Bomb absorption with the Dragon Fist so that Goku wouldn't have a "different" ultimate for his Super Saiyan forms.
It's kind of crap though, because the failed struggle option has the enemy dodge it.
It's pretty popular as Super Saiyan 3 Goku's Ultimate, presumably because Goku didn't actually do a lot of fighting in that form, so there aren't a lot of cool attacks to draw from. Super Saiyan 2 Goku usually also gets shafted with "Super Kamehameha" as his ultimate, which is just the Kamehameha, but bigger. Super Saiyan Gohan usually has that too.
Some characters just didn't get enough screentime for big, flashy unique Ultimates.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.
Do you always need to place your index and middle fingers on your forehead to use instant transmission? Because on quite a few occasions, Goku never puts his index and middle fingers on his forehead to help him concentrate or is that just because he's travelling small distances? And how fast can you travel when using instant transmission? According to the dub, you can move as fast as the speed of light, but the datatbooks or the manga don't give any true indication of it's actual speed.
The one notable time that Goku didn't place his fingers to his head is this:
Beyond that, I think he always does it, but might not need to.

One Strip! One Strip!I had this really weird dream last night that I was in prison, which was bad because I had a bunch of homework, and I wouldn't be able to do it in prison. Also, my cell looked exactly like my dorm room. (subconscious hint?) Anyway, I escaped from the prison but when I got out I was just in this big parking lot in front of the prison and a bunch of other escapees were just chilling there. Eventually, I got caught and sent back, and then I was walking around in some grocery store in the prison, and I was talking to my dad, like, "Hey dad, get me out of this prison," and he was like, "you're just gonna have to deal with it." So I walk out on this balcony in the prison, and there's fog everywhere. So I step on this switch like something out of Zelda, and the fog clears, revealing that the prison is on an island. The view is amazing. As far as the eye can see, there's little islands, and ocean, and blue sky with clouds. Then Vegeta shows up. (In his Cell saga duds, for those of you who are curious.) His voice is higher, and he's got a British accent. He takes the view in, and says, "Wow. Incredible! Fantastic! Thank you! Now I can go and- well, that is, after I'm done helping you here. Heh. Clones."
Then music starts playing, and he starts singing a song to this tune.
He sang, "Clones like me.... Can't you see?.... We could live... in har-mo-ny..."
And so on and so forth, but I can't remember any other lyrics. And I swear, it was the most beautiful thing I've ever heard. But then, right as Vegeta starts to build to a big finish, right as he's about to deliver the last few triumphant notes of this wonderful performance. I wake up. And that made me sad.
The very best, like no one ever was. Check out my Spider-Man fanfic here! [1]That reminds me of this one dream I had where some guy is standing in front of his house talking to Chibiusa and some other girl. The guy keeps constantly complaining about dinner taking too long until he finally gets fed up and walks towards his house. Right when he gets to the front door, the house explodes, THIS music starts playing
, and Vegeta strolls out of the resulting fire, says "Dinner is served!", and then walks right back into the fire!

Here's a bombshell: Toriyama became disinterested in fighting manga during the writing of Majin Boo Arc. Here's what he said in regards the Kai version on the Majin Boo Arc:
"The greatest enemy fight in “Kai” is the sublime face-off with Majin Buu, and Majin Buu was also the final enemy in Dragon Ball's weekly manga serialization. The final enemy is round, strong, and very persistent! ...It was such a repetitious and violent fight that even me, the person drawing the manga, came to hate continuing the fight. Now that I've become an old man with high blood pressure and a liking for bland foods, I will not draw this kind of fighting again. Actually, I've lost the want to draw fighting manga ever since [the Majin Buu saga]."
He also states that he purposely had Mr Satan involved in the final fight against Kid Buu because Toriyama always love the exchanges between less important characters and was even excited he drew scenes when Mr. Satan attempted to grasp victory.
And they say he doesn't care about the supporting cast.
Here's the link if you wanna read more: Toriyama interview
This interview pretty much kills any hope of a true sequel or continuation to Dragon Ball Z and pretty much confirms that Battle Of Gods was an exception to the rule. But even then, you can tell Battle Of Gods had much more of gag comedy tone (Dragon Ball) than an action and no nonsense fighting tone (Dragon Ball Z).
Ironically one of his two favorite battles in Dragon Ball were from the Majin Boo Arc!
Gotenks vs Super Buu to be specific. The other battle being Goku vs Demon King Piccolo. (A personal all time great shonen battle as well, in my opinion.)
sockpuppet1 must be feeling pretty conflicted right now...

If he's done with pure fighting, then it's for the best. You wouldn't want to force it out of him when he's got nothing to give on that front.
As for his choices for favourite fights, considering his preference for gag stories, Gotenks vs Super-Buu makes sense.
Goku vs Piccolo is a good choice, but a strange one since that one was stone cold serious. In fact that entire arc was really where the story started edging out of gag manga territory.
I think the best part of the dream is that he gives the one liner then walks back into the fire.
You don't often see that last bit.

One Strip! One Strip! We have an official picture(s) of Goku's mother
. Unless she cut her hair or it was accidentally burnt up to her shoulders in combat, one must wonder whether Raditz is truly her son. I mean, WHERE THE HELL DID HE GET THAT HAIRSTYLE FROM!? Because it certainly wasn't from her mothers side. Unless Bardock or Gine's parents had Raditz's hairstyle and as far as inheritance it skipped a generation, which would be acceptable.
BTW, she is pretty hot.

They do?
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!
