And basically the "rival" of The Presence from DC. Which, technically means the Overvoid would be above both of them.
Actually, in the Overvoid isn't the most powerful being in the hyperverse; that would be whatever managed to create the entire DC Multiverse on it without it even noticing that it happened until after the fact.

Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!The strongest character in fiction I know of is Elder God Demonbane who is noncorporeal, can destroy the multiverse, and exists outside of creation because he was so big that he couldn't fit within reality.
That being said, I'm almost certain that some comic characters can match that.
This song needs more love. No, that's Featherine from Umineko No Naku Koro Ni, a visual novel which contains an infinite hierarchy of More Than Infinite meta bullshit, which she sits at top of. Also, is the Author Avatar and literally controls the skript. In case you are wondering, yeah Umineko is a confusing work.
2 pages before Demonbane got mentioned. That's actually not bad as far as these silly discussions go.
I think we are getting pretty off-topic here though.
We're all at the point where the collective nasties seen in the Cthulhu Mythos can get their butts whooped by a single person at the same time, right?

DAMMIT MARK, STOP HITTING HELPY!!Yeah, the whole thing with the DC Multiverse's creation on the Overvoid/Primal Monitor implies that the writers themselves are the true, strongest beings in all of existence.
And please, true strongest being would be Azathoth; all of reality is literally a dream its having, and it would all be unmade if it were to ever awaken.

Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!To make things more convoluted an antagonist in the current running comics Ultimate's is the omnipotent creator of a previous universe.
So pretty much their are tons of universal beings that are omnipotent. Its literally a free for all here.
Where does the Speed-Force land here though?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."

Meanwhile, over in DC, the Overmonitor is literally the readers/writers and you can't get more powerful than that.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!
