Freez makes Krillin relive one of the worst moments of his life
I swear if this arc ends with Goku and Frieza becoming friends it will be the greatest thing ever.
This song needs more love.I think I might suffering an existential crisis although Super tries to capitalize on our nostalgia, it does so in a way that it makes feel like they are using it against me. It is getting harder and harder to enjoy Super because of all the asinine choices they make in the arcs such as Goku's increased selfishness, remaking the movies, the whole Trunks arc, etc. IMaybe I am no better than the hatedom who actively despises Super but Super seems to give me what we wanted in Dragon Ball by twisting or taking it to (il)logical extremes. Somebody please PM me, I really am developing a massive contempt for Super..
"Mai waifu."Well, to be fair, the way Caulifla treated Cabba is kinda like how I imagined Sayian flirting to be.
Also, I still give even odds that she'll fall for Cabba for real before this arc is over.
...Poor Cabba.

I too have many problems with the way Super does things, so you are not alone.

I have similar issues with Super as well. Really hoping this tournament is a major growing the beard.
I also really hope the next arc after the tournament is something adventurous. Something a like in DB & Z involving travelling to a new location or something with a good supporting cast with a new epic antagonist. The Future Trunks arc is the closest we got to that.
Super is seriously wasting its many universes & varied characters by just using them for tournaments. There is a lot of potential to this shit.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Potential...what about after the tournament?
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Huh. I thought the consensus in this thread was that DBS was at least somewhat redeemable. I'll be the first to admit that it's very, very flawed, but I think the fight scenes are very well choreographed and animated, and the other worlds they've created leading up to the Universe Survival tournament are absolutely fascinating.
I mean, I can't be alone on that, can I? You all wouldn't keep watching it if it was complete trash, right?
...right?
No beer?! But if there's no beer, then there's no beef or beans! The opinions here are somewhat varied.
I mean I like the show more or less. There are things I have issues with but I try to see the bright spots along with the negatives.
Indeed, the same. Like I love Frieza but fuck Buu should get some love too especially after the poor guy got in shape this time.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Like, I like the basic idea of the plot point, with my main problem being that I don't want Frieza to replace Buu.
I feel the basic concept of Teeth-Clenched Teamwork with Frieza for the sake of all of Universe 7 is sound.

Yenma said he sent Dabura to heaven in the manga.
What the anime did was. Show him being in heaven.
If we ignore the anime filler that shows him reforming that means that we don't know what he's like in Heaven or what that even means. But, like. If you had a map or gps and wanted to know where Dabura is, Heaven would be his last known location.
Maybe he's still an evil prick.
Maybe Heaven is just. Exactly like Earth's Hell where Frieza is. The only difference is it's in a different place and has a different name.
But our most recent map of the afterlife indicates that Heaven is a separate place from Hell, and the manga says that Heaven is where Dabura went.
I don't even know what Heaven means in the context of DB's afterlife. Presumably people in Heaven don't need to repent. So maybe it's sorta Buddhist or whatever, where once you're a purely good person or reach enlightenment you don't have to reincarnate anymore.
