I mean, there's Gohan and Future Trunks, and most hybrids really.
Also, the fact that only Frieza was mentioned to not be repentful for what he has done, and thus is still stuck in Hell, means that literally ever other villain killed on Earth, including King Cold, Cell, Babidi, and Dabura, have all moved on and repented now, and have probably reincarnated as humans by now.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Caulifla seems to be a delinquent archetype (right down to the "hunched over, hands on hips/pockets" pose), which is pretty interesting since I've never seen an anime commit to using a female character with that personality type before.
Which makes her an interesting contrast to Vegeta, who would probably find her uncouth.

Is it the same kind of aesthetic and personality tropes, though?
Looking it up, it doesn't quite look like the kind of character type Caulifla is making me think of. The first thing I thought of when I saw her in motion, for example, was this.
◊
It's like designing a female character with the tropes more generally associated with a Spear Counterpart in mind (or vice versa), which isn't that common in anime. Granted, it's not that common over here, either...

Well it was stated that Frieza didn't want to repent, so he was stuck in Hell; no other villain was ever specified along with him, so it's possible they've managed to leave Hell. Which means Cell is now either a normal human or one of the animal people walking around.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!I love how the very reason that they can still use Freeza is the perfect reason why they shouldn't. The guy is literally so evil and full of spite that he's resisting the natural process of resurrection.
If I didn't think Goku was lying about wishing him back to life, I'd call him out on being a dumbass. Hell, giving Freeza even a little bit of rope is pretty stupid, but at least he's not as ignorant about it as he seems.

I think Goku was being truthful about resurrecting Frieza. Never said anything about beating the crap out of him and then killing him the millisecond he becomes alive again.
Oh heck, the discussion changed.
Regardless, I wholeheartedly agreed with the Team Four Star's throwaway line that Broly should have targetted Vegeta (or, at least, split the focus more on him). It was King Vegeta's fault for getting him nearly killed, why not target his offspring who's managed to survive "happily" despite being a second fiddle power wise to Goku?
Correct me as a casual, but didn't Vegeta go through a similar stage back in Z when he realized that Goku, who would normally be a peasant on the homeworld, can overpower the last remaining royal blood by reaching Super Saiyan (when he himself couldn't no matter what he did, originally)? I think Kale is going through a similar arc, hence why she probably joined up with Caulifla's gang to hopefully improve herself.
Still, at least Kale's Beserker Mode's personality is more Superpowered Evil Side than the original Broly, there's more of a chance on potentially fleshing her out. If not this arc, maybe the next or Toyotarō's canon. A lot of Universe 6's development here felt more like a strapped for time issue.

Yeah, it did. It does that a lot when gender comes up in Dragonball.
And as such, since this got buried at the bottom of the page, I'm throwing it up again:
Apparently there was a fan manga where Trunks went back in time to the Saiyan Saga by mistake:

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I watched the video and the idea isn't that impressive. Trunks would just immediately leave, since it's so far in the past that it will take years for anything to happen that will affect Trunks in any way.
My various fanfics.A little late on this one, but that seems to be the idea. It is pretty hilarious that Frieza is such an evil dick that everyone else just gave up and let themselves be reincarnated, while he just insisted on remaining evil.
Kinda brings us back to how Frieza is one of the few who chose to be evil, while most of the rest of them were either made that way, or somewhat forced into it in some way.
One Strip! One Strip!...it's not like Reborn Cell could have done anything, the only reason Uub has Pure Buu's powers at all is because Goku asked King Yenma to do that for him when Buu was getting killed. Cell wouldn't have any of his powers or memories in his next life, the plate has been wiped completely clean for him.
Also, this brings up a pretty massive plothole now; if King Yenma seemingly only has jurisdiction for people who have died on Earth, as has been implied in this episode and suggested with the "Earth's Hell" thing, then how was King Yenma even able to acquire Buu soul to allow him to reincarnate as Uub, when he died on the Sacred World of the Kais, and not on Earth?
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!
...Well, The world of the Supreme Kais is in the Afterlife.
Nonsense! Old King Cold was a merry old soul...
<Is bricked>
One Strip! One Strip! It's suppose to be outside of the universe though, or at least outside the Living Realm/Afterlife duo of the universe anyway. Plus, if there's apparently multiple Afterlifes now, what was keeping Pure Buu's soul from entering any of the other Afterlifes besides Earth's?
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!

Kale went pretty chill after Cauli assured her that she wasn't into Cabba.
