I'm going to wait for the chapter before judging, because I know we've jumped to the wrong conclusion based on the spoilers previously.
However, from the other oddities in the manga I get the feeling Toyotarou is trying to add rationalizations to things in Toriyama's draft. And anything Toyotarou comes up might end up contradicted by something in Toriyama's next outline, leaving Toyotarou to try and rationalize that as well.
At least that's what I'd be doing if I was in Toyotarou's position. Like, I'm always thinking of how things in Super could be done differently/more consistently, and new episodes always throw a massive spanner into everything.
Weird to compare it to the anime in that regard, though - the anime is incredibly inconsisent through and through, see how they handled the rules for SSB Kaio-ken - they just dropped the drawback after the first use.
I mean, at least with SSB Kaio-ken, do note that when he got Delayed Onset Ki Disorder, it was after he used the SSB Kaio-ken x10 against Hit; every other time after that he's stayed with using the basic two-fold Kaio-ken with it, even against Merged Zamasu, so he presumably only gets it if he goes that far with the Kaio-ken, and has been limiting himself in order to prevent that from happening again.

That's what I'm feeling like as well. He's trying to make sense, but Toriyama himself doesn't seem to want to make sense and Toyo is trying as hard as he can to salvage what's there. It's admirable, but I feel like it's creating more problems than anything else.
I'm not trying to say the Anime is better, because at this point it's Toriyama's outline just seem inherently flawed from the getgo. The Anime just decided to say "Fuck it" and throw in the towel and just be like "Power Levels are bullshit, so let's just add cool stuff"
I dunno, everything about Super is just inherently flawed...and the worse part is that most of it's issues could be easily fixed if Toriyama gave enough of a fuck. But alas.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.@Mighty Matilda I don't know how to upload images. But it bugs me how Goku WILL forgive Frieza as much as when Naruto forgave Óbito and declared him the 'coolest guy'. I fully expect another idiot hero forgiving a genocidal maniac just cause he's a little bit like him.
Off topic I just started watching Breaking Bad and it is awesome. I just never got around to watching it. I pretty much just watch Anime so I forgot how other media is just as awesome

Remember, the only reason he's doing this is because the live-in movie sucked. Otherwise, he'd just leave the franchise alone. Still, it kinda feels like he's seeing Super just as a way to get paychecks in-between the Dragon Quest games.

De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.I mean, Obito at least died to protect Naruto and told him to become the greatest Hokage ever; unless Frieza decides to die to protect Goku and tells him that he'll one day surpass even Beerus and Whis, then I don't think it's really the same thing.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Which would disappoint me cause I like that Frieza is the one guy Goku quite plainly dislikes.
Goku can let bygones be bygones with anyone but Frieza should be the one guy that draws nothing but pure hatred & disgust from him.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."100% agreed. That's why Super having him be more disgusted at Frieza makes more sense than Goku telling him to just go off and train so they can fight again.
One Strip! One Strip!Let's give Super the benefit of the doubt...Tough I know, but hear me out. What if Goku suggesting Frieza is a Godzilla Threshold? Like, Goku may not want to ask Freiza, but with Buu asleep, they need an extra fighter and Freeza is the only one even close to strong enough to keep up.
Like...maybe Goku doesn't trust him and will be on guard....maybe. I want to believe.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.
It should end that way.

But the spoiler says he goes to do it despite the entirety of his team rejecting it so...

By that logic he would be okay with Semi-Perfect Cell absorbing 18 like Vegeta.
I mean really I hope Goku is apprehensive at teaming up with Frieza. It actually gives the guy more villain cred, being the only person again to make Goku go "No fuck this, you get the hell off my planet & stay the fuck away from my friends & family or I swear will kill you no matter what."
It makes their rivalry more special as Frieza is his archenemies.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I know Obito has his haters but comparing him to Freeza? The two have nothing in common in any way whatsoever.

How many planets has Obito destroyed? Have many species has Obito genocided? How large is Obito's empire?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Fair enough.
So I'm trying to catch up with DBZA and Ijust saw their version of Final Flash. But it reminded me of something
At least in the anime, when Cell mockingly gets ready for Vegeta's attack, we get a close-up of his arm. I'm not sure if it's the arm Vegeta blows off but I'm just wondering if that entire thing was a joke and he let himself actually get wounded by maybe lowering his power level so much that he could appear wounded.
Not sure if he can do that, like, relegate damage to one part of his body by weakening it or something.

So just your average marriage then.
At least in America
