Have any of y'all read the new chapter of the Yamcha manga? It's getting pretty crazy...
Apparently one of the other Z-Fighters is also an reincarnation like Yamcha, who's possibly gone through multiple life-loops, and is wondering how Yamcha got so powerful.
Doesn't say who it is though, but I bet it's Tien, mostly because of the Cell Saga incident and recent episodes.

I more meant if we just used the power scaling of the Black Star Dragon Balls and Bebi Sagas.
Actually, can anyone find the post that one person made involving making a God Scale with the Battle of Gods and GT characters; I want to remember the discussion that came up after that post.

Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!I wouldn't necessarily say Super is better than GT at this point. The Goku Time accusation is true, but they did still try to use their cast even if they were never prepared to tone down Goku's overexposure.
Even though Goku's performance against Super 17 reflects badly on Vegeta, they were definitely trying to give Vegeta his moment before that. They did his characterization well and showed how much he now cares for the Earth.
They also did stuff like give Goten his own fight and fleshed out his personality (even though they also left him out of the space team because he doesn't have Trunks' popularity).
I actually started rewatching GT after I've got disappointed with the ending of the Future Trunks arc. I had a better time rewatching that old show Toriyama didn't make than the one he is actually writing.
It is flawed, I give you that. But they actually tried to be their own thing and I appreciate that, I think it is much better than just throwing nostalgic elements and references in the plot to pander to the older fans.
Also, I feel like it did a better job expanding their sole universe by making the characters actually explore it than Super is doing with all of its set of 12 different worlds. So far, it's mostly used just to make an interesting cast for tournaments and that's it. We're learning a lot of things about these other universes, but the main cast never actually go there to have some kind of arc. The most they've done so far was in the Future Trunks arc with the 10th universe, but even then, we barely know anything about that place other than Gowasu's little planet because it was more of a time travel story than anything else. And he was so boring with that tea thing again and again that I couldn't enjoy it, the pacing was terrible.

People complain that Uub in GT barely did anything when he was supposed to be Goku's successor. But really, compared to most of the other characters, he accomplished a huge amount of stuff, even if it was nowhere near what Goku or Vegeta did.
Besides the Goku+Vegeta overexposure, my biggest complaints are:
1. Baby is my overall favorite villain from GT, but his origin (regarding Dr. Myuu) makes no sense and he never uses his possession power against Goku when he has the chance.
2. Android 17 (the original) gets killed off, even though he manages to shake off some of the brainwashing. In fact, we barely see him with his real personality. Also, I don't really dig Super 17's black-haired-SSJ 3 look.
3. The show creates seven different dragon villains, but Nuova and Syn (maaaaaybe Oceanus) were the only vaguely interesting ones. And because I'm shallow, I hated when it turned out that Oceanus was secretly male.
In other words, the show's villains really needed some work.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.I've mentioned this before but I would really like if they redid the GT arcs.
Take the best elements such as the antagonists & improve upon them. Such as in the Baby sage, have Goku taken over by Baby & Vegeta becomes the main protagonist with fighting against an entire planet & his family with few allies. It could even be pretty heart-wrenching since Vegeta is the type to break down more easily & it be very tragic to see him in despair that his entire family & rival have turned against him.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I kinda liked Eis Shenron. Mostly because the "honorable villain" cliche that Nuova embodies had been done to death and Eis actually managed to inflict some semi-permanent damage on Goku.
Also he had a badass voice effect (dub). I don't know what filter they used, but damn it sounds cool (pun not intended).

I like Naturon.
Simply for how he's all "Oooh, look at me, I'm yet another goofy ineffectual miniboss like the last three, oops, you've beaten me- PSYCHE! Now I've got your granddaughter, and it's time to start beating you down both physically and emotionally."
Plus, even if the hubris of the act winds up being his undoing, he made the line "Your wish has been granted" sound chilling.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!A fellow Pan fan. Pleased to meet you. Pan was easily my favorite character in GT.
I wish she did more but, well, that's what you say about everyone in GT except Goku. I still like looking at her Power Level in fan charts. Better be in the hundreds of millions, though!
Well, seeing most of the time in Z, Goku was away or unable to fight, and most of the tension came from that.
Also, HUGE SPOILERS FOR THE UPCOMING SUPER ARC: Check the URL, it is official.
