I wouldn't want a steak served to me with a heaping pile of shit on top
edit: and that's ignoring the obvious - a fandom this size has many different people with different wants. I never wanted the humans to become this powerful, and I didn't care if they were relevant. People always act like it's the exact same fans every time there is a conflicting response to things.
I suppose it's a good thing I wasn't referring to you or the people who didn't give a shit about the humans. Because your opinions don't matter :V
Reminder that this is Toei's standard procedure; Yamcha being on par with Perfect Cell-tier opponents and the like.
Toriyama doesn't really care about power levels, and Toyotaro so far has God-level Saiyans unmatched by anything but Beerus, Freeza (who is a damn anomaly) and Goku Black (who IS a God-level Saiyan).
Fortunately, I'm a guy who wanted the non-saiyans to be powerful and who sees no problem with them equalling SSG Goku with no explanation besides "I trained when you weren't looking". Partly because the pre-tournament part of this Arc is dragging along as it is.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.then you're apart of the problem and need to be cleansed.
Speaking of Black; why is his Manga incarnation unpopular? It's mainly on 4chan, but I take their words with a grain of salt a lot of the time...cuz it's 4chan. But is that opinion held anywhere else?
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.
It's all over DBS's YMMV page. People see Manga!Black as a bad Xicor (from Toyota's DBAF) clone who's a lot less cool than his anime version. They always bring up how badly he loses to Vegeta or how he decides to steal Goku's body just because he watched him once on GodTube.
Seriously, how are people getting that Krillin is supposed to be anywhere near Super Saiyan Blue? Literally the entire episode was establishing that he's slightly weaker than base Goku and Gohan, but not so much that he can't keep up with crafty techniques. The Blue scene was only to show that Krillin would stand and fight if confronted with an opponent at that level, instead of running away.
They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character is in full force here, particularly Yurin. Hopefully future episodes flesh her out, but really I'm really disappointed.
DAMMIT MARK, STOP HITTING HELPY!!Looks like I was right that Krillin, Tenshinhan, and Roshi are going to be all around the same tier of power in the tournament: slightly weaker than the base Saiyans, but making up for it with weird and wacky techniques. I did like that they brought back the Fist of the Four Arms and Roshi's lightning move, if only for a few seconds. Also, I loved that they revealed that Caulifla and Kale are different people in the most casual and off-handed way possible.
So their Battle Powers went from ~75,000 and less to probably in the hundreds of millions just because.
Good to know.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!

I kinda wished they weren't pushed out.
Or at the least, if he was just gonna forget them in terms of combat, then stop sending some of them out into the battlefield where they were just gonna be beaten to show how powerful the new guy is.
Though I suppose it was the movies that gave that impression that their purpose was to be utterly crushed by the new random villain appearing out of nowhere.
Then again, we can blame Frieza for making a large number of techniques and characters utterly obsolete. We've brought it up before, but he raised the bar to a level that was near impossible to match...then did it again after multiple people (including one of the dudes he'd easily crushed before) had long since surpassed him.
