Well considering he killed Nappa, I'd say he cares quite a bit.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.@ slimcoder (Last Page): Actually, if you take DBO lore as canon, some Z-fighters do eventually open up schools:
- Mr. Satan starts up the Telecommunicated Satan-Style Martial Arts Course, but it crashes and burns.
- Pan renovates it into the Pan Fighting Network, which eventually leads to the creation of DBH machines.
- Goten and Trunks create the Kikoukenjutsu Sword School, which helps people channel ki through weapons.
- Eventually Krillin and Tien restart the New Turtle School and New Crane School respectively.
When Nappa and Vegeta heard of the Dragon Balls, Nappa suggested they use them to bring back Raditz, but Vegeta was all like, "Nah, if he was weak enough to get killed, he deserved to die". Nappa was also shocked when Vegeta killed a Saibaman, again for being weak.
Not sure what Raditz did that was less evil, though.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.I think Raditz thought that killing Goku might have been a mercy kill since he heard Goku suffered a head injury and then subsequently "went native." For a race of planet looting bastard, that counts as sheer irredeemable weakness. However, its a step down from Vegeta killing Nappa, especially since we don't know if the Healing Chambers the Frieza Force uses could also heal the bigger Saiyan's back and/or, barring that, could be rebuilt through surgery and/or cybernetics, and particularly by that point the man literally reduced his race to just two people.
DAMMIT MARK, STOP HITTING HELPY!!He didn't kill anyone when he showed up. Or anyone at all, really. He gave Goku the "kill 100 humans" ultimatum, but considering his job that wasn't much compared to the planet devoid of humanity he was expecting when he arrived.
and intended to make it one. Vegeta, Prince of the Saiyan.

Also Vegeta killed Nappa for losing to an opponent roughly twice his strength. Yeah, he was crippled with a broken back, but it's not like they can't heal that. Probably.
Point is, yeah, Raditz and Nappa were evil, but Vegeta was evil enough for both of them combined.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimari![]()
Oh right, I forgot about that. He intended to kill Goku only in self-defense....
And when you put it that way Vegeta was a bigger douche then we thought.
Changing topics for a bit, I hope that one of the Universe 6 fighters is this much taller member of the Frieza race who acts like their society's equivalent to Frost's correctional officer - Frost apparently went to jail after his villainy is revealed, and was going to spend several life sentences until the Universal Survival Tournament is brought up, and Frost was offered freedom with all charges dropped if he participated and U6 manages to win. The CO is assigned to him to make sure he behaved himself and/or doesn't try to escape.
Bonus points if this CO turns out to be a Fem!Cooler. XD

DAMMIT MARK, STOP HITTING HELPY!!But Goku got a similar hairstyle when he went Super Saiyan 3.
Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered!

Raditz and Nappa seemed way less evil than Vegeta ever was.
