Demon God Dabura looks freaking ridicolous. He looks like a flaming devil. Also, one of the new Demon Gods is named Salsa? Like, Cooler minion Salza?
Zamasu voice actor was great, he changed his tone very well in every part of Zamasu development.
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.It doesn't mean anything.
SSJ = Super Saiya-jin.

To be fair, Shin is in a shitty situation. This is mostly Beerus' fault. He should've killed Majin Buu 5 million years ago before he could kill off every other Supreme Kai.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariAny body really impressed by how well the Gohan fight was written? At this point in DB fights are written by who has the better Ki blast, power level, and who can hit the strongest. But this fight involved thinking and strategy against an enemy that might necessarily be stronger but has a deadly ability. Not only that but this fight might be the first time Gohan has used his very smart brain to his advantage. :p
35 year old white man.I disagree. One of the things I admire about DBS is that it manages to avert that formula, at least some of the time. Both the Champa Arc and this Universe Survival Arc have given us combatants with unique designs and interesting powers, so battle outcomes aren't just a matter of which Flying Brick has the higher power level.
No beer?! But if there's no beer, then there's no beef or beans!
I'm more talking about DB fights in general. Honestly characters with unique abilities is what I want more in DBS. Kinda why didn't like Zamus/Black fights as much as the Goku vs Hit fight. That's why I'm looking forward to Tien, Piccolo, Roshi, and Buu fighting. They can bring some pretty unique things to a fight.
I think the scale the Grand Priest is using also includes overall morality of the Universes. Sounds kinda arbitrary considering Zen'O and the Angels overall, but it could be just as big as a deciding factor as pure fighting potential. Considering U7 in which the two most powerful non-Deity beings in the universe for the longest while, Frieza and Buu, were homicidal psychopaths, the former being an evil, planet jacking tyrant who headed and operation made up of similar, yet weaker, beings under his employ, and the latter being more like a force of nature yet still enjoyed every second of it. Having a pair of freaks like that is bound to bring down one's good name a couple of pegs. Not to mention the Saiyans, an entire race of planet jacking pirates with enough power to theoretically destroy them if powerful enough. Further extrapolating U7's dilemma are the Supreme Kais not being able to do anything about Frieza and and the Saiyan because most of them were killed by Buu, a being who is basically like an unlicensed God of Destruction, and the only surviving one, even if he did not adhere to his non-interference stance, was too weak to do anything significant anyway.
Even the supposed heroic faction of the Universe are pretty bad, with the Galactic Patrol only handling a single portion of the entire universe with each single officer wielding planet destroying weaponry each they could set off at a moment's notice for even the most trivial of reasons, and they turn out to be rather incompetent at their job at that when looking at the grander scheme; the Z fighters mostly made of former villains, a few of which were mass murderers, and the most powerful person on the team a selfish prick at times; and Beerus himself, whom is so petty and lazy he would just as likely destroy good people as well as evil people just because they pissed him off.
In comparison, U6 already has a massive leg up on U7 in the morality department, with the Saiyans being a race of heroic barbarians, Frost being probably the only villainous member of his race if taking the anime into account, and even then he did not indiscriminately murder people, and Hit being the only truly professional assassin we've seen in the history of the franchise EVER.
Oh, and one more thing:The score U11 has is 6.99, thus would have been exempt as well it just had a perfect 7.

DAMMIT MARK, STOP HITTING HELPY!!That fight sucked. They are trying prove Gohan is still relevant and instead of actually putting forth a good drag out brawl they use a stupid gimmick fight... way to ruin it.
It was also a good opportunity to surprise everyone by giving him the win but it is Toei and they can't actually do anything interesting, Goku has to be the climactic fight for the Dull Surprise win.

Might have worked as a nice An Aesop if he.... well.... won.

Speaking of this "scale"...it was never stated it was based on power necessarily, just on the overall "quality" of the mortals. Which is a vague statement and can mean a multitude of factors, such as strength, intelligence, overall societal development, etc... We'll have to see more about how they rank mortals.
I don't think Zeno would have made this rating based solely on the strength of the mortals, the guy looks amazed watching the two "lowest" rated universes fight each other.
