So she is his nanny.
Ya know I hope the Clown God is a heroic figure. It be a fun subversion of the expectation of him being a monster clown, having a possibly morally righteous God of Destruction & if that Red & Black alien guy really is a superhero then it make his team look like a group of heroes.

Yeah. That's not in the manga which implies that it's not in Toriyama's outline.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! No, he still poisons people. He just does it because there's no prize money and he wants to tournament to be over as quickly as possible so he can get back to what he was doing before.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!No he still cheats. He's just not literally Frieza.

This song needs more love.I think he'll be a sub-boss for someone like Krillin, Tien, or Gohan.
If Freeza could train up to God-tier in a matter of months, Frost could probably pump himself up to Super Saiyan 2 tier Just-enough-to-give-Gohan-a-serious-fight-tier in however many days/weeks have passed since the last tournament.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Toei can't mess with the script if there is no script to mess with. The anime and manga both just interpreted the notes in different ways.
This song needs more love. It's not that Toei messed with the script, it's just that their interpretation of what seems to be Toriyama's outline when in a different direction than Toyotaro's and that Toyotaro's is better because it's not the major let down we got.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Battling subjectives here, but again:
- Frost is actually just impatient so he decides to poison his opponent so he can win a tournament quicker
- Frost is acting really nice but is actually someone who starts wars and then calls himself a hero
I don't know why the second is any more of a let-down than the first.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I think Toyotaro's version is kind of an anti-climax, and Toei's version is far more interesting and open to future developments. Also, just because Frost is evil in the anime, doesn't mean it's impossible for him to have a Heel–Face Turn in the future. Just look at literally all of the main cast who isn't descended from another member of the main cast.

It's not that Frost is impatient and wants to win faster, it's that he doesn't want to be there since the prize doesn't matter to him and he wants to get it over with as soon as possible.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I don't know, the two are very different. While everyone can agree the manga is better in some parts, is also very flawed. I don't think Toyotaro is that good of a writer compared with the anime writers, while the art of the anime is kinda ugly looking, especially in the first three arcs.
Besides, the Champa saga always felt rushed to me in the manga. The characters didn't seem to have enough justification for their acts except for Hit, Beerus and Champa. Frost just sticks like a sore thumb, like something is missing with him, and in the anime, he had some justification. No commentary on Botamo, Magetta and Cabba.
Also, Xenoverse 2 seems to combine elements of both versions anyway.

To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.

I'm shipping the clown and his angel assisant so hard right now.
Also, what is Vados and Champa relationship? Is she his nanny or something?
