This is the Swol Marron in my head.

My various fanfics.
X3
I like that.
I never considered the idea the Krillin's wish might have allowed 18 to be able to have Children.
it does kinda makes sense that Gero would remove reproductive organs when converting them, so the fact that he didn't is weird.
Then again maybe he didn't even need to....or when you remember he constantly struggled to control them, maybe he never got around to removing it.
Or perhaps those parts remained because they needed it in order to be absorbed by Cell. There are lots of possible reasons.

One Strip! One Strip!Well, we only ever see him bragging about how awesome he is, beating up the heroes, beating up (and being beat up by) Piccolo, and then getting eaten by Cell.
Boy might be a player.
That being said, getting a bunch of girls pregnant isn't a very funny joke.
One Strip! One Strip! On the other hand, he's ranging the shit out of that park, he can probably pay child support and has space to put all of them in.
Also failing that he can probably just walk into a bank and go "I am bulletproof and can bend steel like plasticine. Give me your money", and after futilely shooting him a couple of times they'd probably capitulate.
If he doesn't stupidly go to Satan City, where Gohan might show up to ruin his day, he can probably get a pretty sweet deal out of it.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariHmm.
Well then, I'm just gonna assume Gero was a moron.
I mean, I already did so....
One Strip! One Strip! You don't need to assume, he is.
This man decided to make himself into the shittier model of android instead of the infinite energy type, and there's never been an official reason as to why.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimari![]()
There are pros and cons to each IMO. 'Infinite Energy' wasn't really infinite, it was more of a flat power level. Vs as much energy as you can absorb.
So would you rather have a power level of 100 and it never goes up or down or a power level starting at 50 and goes up to 500+ depending on how many Ki blasts or people you absorb the energy from.
As we saw from Cell the energy absorption can get you an extreme power boost, he was basically android 21 and took that concept to the extreme while desiring the old power sources too to become Perfect.
I mean, I'd imagine there was a storage capacity limit on how much energy they could hold.
The English version started calling them perpetual energy model, which might work better. But even if it's not infinite, all three perpetual energy models far outclassed anything else Gero made (barring Cell) so it's hard to find a downside to it.
And Cell wasn't really "absorbing energy"; he was literally eating those people.

Furthermore, absorbing ki blasts will work all of once, because once you absorb a ki blast, you tip your hand to the fact that you can and now suddenly your enemies won't be using those anymore.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariIt didn't just absorb Ki blasts it absorbed energy via touch as well, Yamcha, Vegeta, Goku, Piccolo all got a crap ton of energy absorbed.
The Senzu's restoring energy is the only thing that really kept the heroes going.
The rate of absorption wasn't up to snuff though.

Absorbing through touch could put down Yamcha, but it clearly didn't do jack against Vegeta and it's clear that in the middle of the fight with Goku, 19 couldn't actually get a chance to absorb Goku's energy through touch.
Energy Absorption is inferior because the androids produced from it are pathetically weak in comparison to the infinite energy models.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariIt was effective against Vegeta. If Gero didn't buy his bluff and actually tried fighting him before Vegeta got a Senzu he would probably would have won.
'Course, Piccolo could probably just finish him off by himself, or barring that, they could all team up to take him down.

Vegeta was bluffing there a bit, yeah.
Also, in fairness. Like, Android 20 was seemingly an almost completely artificial body, just with a brain attached to it driving it.
17 and 18 were seemingly teenagers when they were kidnapped, and their transformation mostly used their organic bodies which were altered surgically. With implants and stuff.
Gero was already old. Healing is better when you're younger than when you're older.
...Android 16 was completely artificial though. No reason he couldn't have stuck his brain in something more like that.

...Okay, this is totally actually how Marron was born and you can't convince me otherwise.
Like. "The baby would just fly out if I push too hard" is probably true tho?
The reblog should be sfw, the op has breastfeeding of bby!Marron which some people consider nsfw because people are weird.
EDIT: Okay, it took me some searching but I think this
is the genesis of the "Swol Marron" concept in the fan community.
Basically, TLDR; "What if Marron was short and stocky and muscular and noseless like her dad".
Some of the fanart is surprisingly cute.
Some of it's a little weird.
But it's a thing I guess, and I can respect it, at least.
