But I mean, Bardock was in orbit and Goku was too, recently. Their bodies are tonka tough/alien.
Is the Saiyan Kryptonite seriously standard tear gas or something? Because
if that's true and Yamcha, the desert bandit with a hovercar and rocket launcher, could've taken Goku out with ease if he'd considered using that.
....
You know everyone is gonna crawl out of the woodwork to claim that wouldn't work because it's Yamcha right?
One Strip! One Strip! It wouldn't work because....never mind, Pilaf actually used sleeping gas on kid Karrot. It worked.
It was pretty unnecessary since they were already trapped, but is whatevs.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Guys, with the recently-released episode I've left wondering; Zen-o is by far the strongest character in the Dragonball multiverse. So what happens if he decides to destroy Future Zamasu? He wished to have Complete Immortality, from the Super Dragon Balls themselves. Which are explicitly meant to grant any wish, including "I wish to be absolutely incapable of death in any form". Can Zen-o override their power, or could this be the solitary vulnerability he has? I'm leaning to the latter, as it would handily deal with the Deus ex Machina the Zen-o button has
Spoilers for the next 4 episodes of DBS.
Goku noticed that Future Zamasu has patora, so the gang heads back to Universe 10. Present Zamasu has killed Gowasu and stole his patora as speculated, so Beerus kills him before anything bad can happen in the present. Now all Future Trunks needs to know is who are Black and Future Zamasu.
I'm kind of sick of Zamasu. He's on Santa's sh'tlist no matter what at this point. He won't even get coal, no, it better be a fresh, five-pound bag with some flies buzzing around the top. That is what Zamasu deserves, nothing more, nothing less. The only way I see me liking his character if he stops being such a dick and decides to be different from Future Zamasu - otherwise showing his Start of Darkness and refusing to deviate from it.feels like a colossal waste of time
He's a mystery wrapped inside of an enigma wrapped inside of a paradox
. I kind of just want it confirmed that he split himself into good and evil halves and be done with it. Or screw it, Zombie Goku. I don't care. This release schedule is killing me. :(
And this all could've been avoided if Goku had shown the slightest amount of humility and taken Black out with Super Saiyan Godkilling Mode from the start, or not pissed Zamasu off in the first place. I mean I loved the that Whis taking Goku to meet Zamasu would lead to Black stealing Goku's body/appearance because I love self-fulfilling prophecies and Stable Time Loop's, but the amusement's worn off.
What's worse (without having read the episode summaries) is that the next episode is probably going to be a cooldown episode. Even if Beerus and Whis have something to say it'll probably happen at the end of the episode. After we catch up with the Pilaf Gang and the ever-exciting infidelity of Bulma and Vegeta's marriage. Wait, there are a few character interactions I'd like to see but still haven't - Trunks meeting Good 17, or maybe Future Trunks having a conversation with Kid Trunks. How about Gohan catching up with all of the crazy sh't going on and deciding to help out?
Gah.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Zamasu is a self-righteous villain, you're not a suppose to like him.
It is also one big assumption that Goku could have killed Black when they first met, given that Black saw Beerus who is stronger than Goku, and didn't give a damn. He also showed no fear of Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan when he saw Vegeta transformed and Trunks notes that Black appears to have seen the form before. So he knew about the form when he first fought Goku and still didn't care Also, it isn't like Goku would know that Zamasu would be so pissy about losing a sparring match. I suggest you read the definition for Idiot Plot before you through it around.
Nothing in the next episode suggests that it's going to be a cool down in the way you wrote it, given that they realized Zamasu may have murdered Gawasu, Zamasu makes a wish on the Super Dragon Balls, the entire team got their butts handed to them, and Beerus and the Supreme Kai gives them information on Goku Black.
Then let him be a villain. Villains are likable. They can be total jerkasses and be likable for their villainy. Zamasu is straddling the line.
He seemed to be doing pretty well with just Super Saiyan 2. Black's reaction about getting stronger from pain seems to indicate that fighting Goku was a challenge for him.
Goku used to know how to end fights quickly
with brute force. Brute force was working against Black. Well gut punches were.
Goku was able to fight evenly with him at Super Saiyan 2 - compared to Beerus who slapped Goku's shit at Super Saiyan 3
, so if Black was anywhere near Beerus's level of strength at the time of their fight Goku would have lost immediately.
Just because Black didn't react strongly to Beerus's presence doesn't instantly mean he's anywhere near Beerus's league. Anybody who knows Beerus knows he doesn't give a crap as long as you don't piss him off - Freeza went and blew up the planet with Beerus still on it. Talk about brazen.
It's quite clear Black and Zamasu are a wee bit different from the last time Goku met them (Black giving his SS form a name implying it was recently discovered, Zamasu getting stabbed through the chest with no visible damage).
Future Zamasu doesn't show any fear of Super Saiyan Blue and that's assuming he and Black are the same person with the exact same power level. Even if they are (prove it) that's irrelevant weighed next to Present Zamasu's performance against Goku's much weaker form. Yeah the fight didn't end but it seemed to heavily indicate Zamasu got whipped. It was at the point Goku didn't want to fight anymore - Goku only stops fighting when he knows he can't win and when the fight's not interesting anymore.
Goku wasn't the kind of guy who would go around begging/pestering someone for a match. He was like that as a kid maybe, and even then he wasn't as persistent. His manners have drastically decreased as he's aged. Remember when he immediately stopped harassing Bulma after learning that she was a girl solely because Gohan told him it was rude.
Kid Goku rarely knew any better, and he knew when to cut his losses when any of the older cast members laid into him. Adult Goku openly ignored Beerus's demands to behave and kept getting in Zamasu's face. The same Beerus who only spared Earth under promise of being fed delicious food, but holds no binding contract to not to blow it up at his leisure - like he almost blew it up just because Bulma wouldn't fetch him a sundae in ROF, and then compare how Super!Beerus acts. This is the guy Goku is actively pissing off, and this was before Goku became friends with the Universe God-General.
Yes, yes, I'm defending Goku's common sense and I hate myself for it. But his interaction with Zamasu strikes me as heavy Flander Ization.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!

They never used that type of weapon on Karrot...maybe they could've done that instead of brute force.
