Not sure how she'd do against Tao, though. Power scaling says Spopovich is probably stronger than him, and she was able to damage him a good amount before going down, but again I'm not sure.
Videl was almost certainly stronger than Spopovich before he got boosted by Babidi. Mr. Satan beat Spopovich legit and Videl's stronger than him. That same Videl almost certainly would not be able to beat the Goku that got his ass kicked by Tao Pai Pai.
The only reason Videl hurt Majin Spopovich was because he was screwing around. He dominated her easily once he stopped playing.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariHell, I've theorized that a lot of those moments where she was tossing him around was him legitimately getting tossed around, because while Spopovitch was hopped up on enough evil to make him stronger, Videl still has far better technique.
Sure, most of the time he was just toying with her, but I think Spopovitch is dumb enough to get tossed around by a girl half his size, and nowhere near his level of power.
One Strip! One Strip! So, I read an interesting theory that what actually decides the outcome of a fight isn't who has the highest power level, but actually the percent difference between two powers. Thoughts on this?

Oh, I don't think she hurt him.
What she was doing to him is the equivalent of this scene (starts at 17s):
Good technique, no power needed.

One Strip! One Strip!Well it was more like, just having a higher power level isn't enough to guarantee you win, while using the fight between Goku and Piccolo as an example of this. Basically the theory concluded this, using the power levels between Goku and Piccolo (start of Z), Nail and Frieza, Recoome and Vegeta, Goku and Nappa, and Goku and Vegeta: "Based on the calculations, up to a 5% difference will allow both fighters to fight on virtually even terms. 6-9% will give the stronger fighter a slight advantage. At 10% and up, the stronger fighter will dominate the fight. Above 25%, the weaker fighter has no chance of defeating the stronger fighter."

Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!See, I've been wondering how close the powers have to be. Glad to hear that.
So between 5-9% gives you an actual fight. Good to know. I guess we know how small the gap between Piccolo and 17 must have been then.

One Strip! One Strip!Good point. Goku without the Kaiouken was at over 9000 over 8000 compared to Nappa's 4000. That's a pretty huge gap, even if we consider that Nappa was pulling his punches.
This is in contrast to Piccolo, who was 3500 and got wtfpwned as badly as everyone else.
Shit.
One Strip! One Strip! It wouldn't need to if things were based on skill and durability.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Right, if it was going to happen it would've happened 5 years ago.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. They weren't not...canon.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.See I'd argue the same about the first Bardock special and GT, but... Minus, Online, and Xenoverse are vastly preferred.
I think canon is whatever parts of the series we like and can attribute the most to the original writer's influence. Less cantankerously, no, I agree, canon is a loose term by this point.
