I think the 'Freeza did charities on the side' was a joke. People get this information from Herms's twitter account, and he sometimes makes sarcastic comments alongside the actual information.
And as for the future fights, the next fight is Vegeta vs Frost. While Piccolo won the battle because Frost was disqualified, he willingly stepped down so Vegeta could get a chance to fight. Proving that he's not going to do anything relevant ever. All he's there for is to waste a slot. So Vegeta's fighting next, and he'll presumably keep going until he loses.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Actually the Vegeta won't get three fights in a row since Esp 35 is called. "Piccolo VS Magetta! There was a chance here!? A battle style that fights with intellect!"
I wonder, since Frost cheated, doesn't that mean Goku has the chance to fight again? Assuming the poison isn't still affecting him.

I do, don't I? *sigh*
I don't even know. I guess it's just...I wasn't the biggest fan of his character in Z, and now he's become incredibly important, and I kinda wish his screentime was devoted to other characters who didn't necessarily have their arcs conclude in a satisfying way...
And overall, it just feels like the people making Super REALLY like Vegeta, but I don't. Hence the disconnect.
apparently, those titles were fake. The real next episode is called "Turn Anger into Power! Vegeta's All-Out Battle!"

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!I guess I can understand it; Vegeta's kind of an unpleasant asshole for most of the series and now he's the second most important character after Goku.
But *shrug* you take what you get; its not like this entire arc has been about Goku & Vegeta and only them.
I never thought I'd see the day when there's a divided opinion over Vegeta of all characters; dude's been the series` Ensemble Dark Horse since the late 90's in murica.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Well, Vegeta is the second most popular character next to Goku, so him getting a lot of screen time makes sense. Also, Piccolo is getting some needed screen time after being Demoted to Extra since the Buu Saga, so it isn't like he's hogging all the spotlight compared to everyone else. It's just seems that way since the Battle of Gods and Resurrection 'F', which Super adapted, had a lot of development towards Vegeta.
I don't mind Vegeta now that he stopped playing The Load and there's more to him than, 'I must surpass Kakarot'. That stopped being charming by the middle of the Android Saga and he got so much on my nerves in that saga that I wished Cell killed him.
I think I'm not really such a fan of The Rival Anti-Hero characters in shonen, in general. I've been recently watching Yu Yu Hakusho, and I've got to say, Hiei is my least favourite of the 4 guys.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!It started and stopped existing IN the Android saga...Vegeta's motivation then turned to just wanting a satisfying last battle to see who's better, but he got over that too...or not, I don't really know.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Yep. Unfortunately. I don't have the same character preferences that a 13-year-old boy has.
Then again, a 13-year-old boy probably thinks Broly is the coolest character ever.

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Being in a morally grey area, hard to reason with, and irrationally cocky are the only differences between the Vegeta from the Android Saga and the Vegeta of now.
There's no reason to dislike that those traits are gone.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. It's as if Dragonball wasn't written as an action series meant to appeal to children, that we shouldn't be fond of a cast full of musclebound steroid users with little character depth and pitiful motivation, who scream a lot and gain access to goofy looking transformations.
Broly's kind of a step-down when you think about it.

Yea, but those traits were "badass" and that's the only thing that matters to certain people. Its just how the Dragon Ball fanbase rolls, they're the embodiment of What Measure Is a Non-Badass?.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I don't have a problem with Broly's character in of itself. I find his backstory and the parallels against Goku interesting, especially after reading the post how much Broly is inspired by the Monkey King. He gets all the negative traits from Sun Wukong while Gok gets all the positive stuff. His design (not when he turns Legendary Super Saiyan) is compelling and unique among all the Saiyans.
Then, it goes downhill. He's reduced by Dumb Muscle by his second appearance and all that interesting backstory is forgotten. Which is a big disservice to a character who had the assets to be interesting and unique, and turned him into some fanboy wet dream.
I so agree with What Measure Is a Non-Badass?. Dragon Ball fans are some of the worse with that trope, especially poor Gohan who they call a pussy for daring to chose his family and having a job over training. I swear, Gohan's fans don't actually like Gohan. They only liked when he was a Super Saiyan 2, Ultimate Gohan, and the strongest unfused character.
Piccolo is considered worthless because he can't fight the strongest people in the universe despite being one of the smartest people who actually did outsmart Super Buu. They also mad that he lost to Frost, despite Frost being a dirty cheater who poison him like Goku. Guess Goku is a wasted character too.

I never said it was the evil universe.
Put that damn thing away.
Make them kiss your ass instead.
Avoid the crack.
One Strip! One Strip!

So Frost was evil all along (it was a poison dart) and Frieza did charities on the side. Who knew?
