I don't recall Dende being able to sense Beerus and Whis in the movie.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Dende did in fact sense Godly Ki.
He was freaking out because he could sense Beerus' Ki, and Piccolo noticed this.
One Strip! One Strip!Kaioshin's power seemed to be able to be sensed but only in short ranges. Goku got an impression of his power when he shook his hand and Piccolo did when he forfeited, but everyone else was clueless. Goku even had to check what he'd sensed with Piccolo after his forfeiture.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.![]()
The Kaioshin has had like five million years to learn how to control his ki. He didn't have anything better to do with his time. So he probably knows how to let himself only be felt by certain individuals.
Looking back, it seems like he let Piccolo get a real sense of his power because Piccolo was already starting to catch on anyway, so he saw no point in hiding it from him. Plus, getting to him early kept him from giving things away too soon.
One Strip! One Strip! When people who can sense ki are around Beerus they can still tell he's super strong.
Like, they can't "sense" him in the sense of being able to quantify it or pinpoint it but.
It's definitely a different situation from the androids.
With the androids it's like there's nothing there, with Beerus it's like trying to look at a supernova.

There isn't any proof Kaio or Kaioshin can be sensed. I mean, Kibito senses East Kaioshin, but only Kibito. And as said, Goku could simply be locking on to Bubbles The Monkey for instant transmission. Bubbles was, at the very least, stronger than Goku was when Goku fought his brother. And that's pretty strong, like dust the moon strong.
Buldogue's lawyerJust an abnormally strong regular kai.
Like Freeza is an abnormally strong member of his race (though that's due to a mutation IINM), Gohan is an abnormally strong hybrid and Piccolo is an abnormally strong Namekian.
Nah, since he's used to moving on a hundred G, he'd probably wind up jumping off the moon the first time he tried to take a step.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariIn regards to still being able to sense the power of Gods like Beerus, re-call that during their sparing match, Goku instinctively dodged at one point, despite still being unable to get a bead on him, because his instincts screen at him holy shit! Avoid that!
I'm not even sure if he was sure what he was dodging since I'd need to re-watch the episode, but that's what a lifetime of combat experience will do, even if it doesn't compare to what Beerus is capable of.
One Strip! One Strip!I'm not sure if Bubbles>Raditz.
What I am sure of is Master Roshi<Daimo Piccolo<God\Kami<Piccolo Jr<Goku when he fought Raditz<Bubbles The Monkey. So Bubbles should have a large enough KI to dust the moon. I can buy Goku locking onto such a KI when it's in a position to watch over his part of space anyway.
Buldogue's lawyerYou can argue about Goku locking onto Bubbles all you like, but in the end, he actually locked onto King Kai.
Because King Kai is a Kai, not a God. Beerus is a God, not a Kai. You can presumably be a Kai and a God at the same time, but being a Kai won't make you a God and being a God won't make you a Kai.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariPresumably they either learned to do it or just have the inborn capacity to feel Godly ki. They're Kais, it's not like it'd be that big of a stretch for them to be able to feel Godly Ki without being Gods themselves.
The difference between the Kais and Beerus and Whis is fairly noticeable even when you compare lifespans.
After all, while both Beerus and the Elder Supreme Kai are TimeAbysses, Elder Supreme Kai said he didn't have much of a lifespan left while Beerus and Whis seem to still be in the prime of their lives, even though they're both at the very least something like 75 million years old.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariEver since it was introduced, I've been wondering what having god-powers even means for the Saiyans and Freeza besides the ability to beat up other characters with god-level strength and being blue (or gold, in Freeza's case). They were already way stronger than the Supreme God of the Universe before Beerus even showed up, and they could already do pretty much everything Beerus is shown doing - just with far less strength behind it.
Does having enough god-ki given them longer lifespans like Beerus and Whis have? Reality warping abilities like Whis? The ability to travel between the dimensions? Or any of the other random but cool secondary abilities they sometimes show? It'd be cool to see them get some periphery boons from the power-up.
He attacks by flinging ki-charged poo powerful enough to destroy moons.
Cause, you know, gorilla.

I can imagine Vegeta being told that all he has to look forward to is a couple hundred million years of life where the only person who can give him a decent challenge is Goku.
That'd be hilarious.

And Dende.
