What we know:
Goku
- Base: 3,000,0000
- KK10: 30,000,000
- KK20: 60,000,000
Freeza
- Initial final form: ??? (but likely over 30,000,000)
- 50%: 60,000,0000
- ~70%: ~84,000,000
- 100%: 120,000,000
So he was pretty badly outclassed.
Are you at that point in the Ocean dub already?

Actually, I learned that Ocean dubbed everything through mid-Ginyu Saga. The next arc they dubbed was the Android Saga.
So sadly, I won't be able to see Goku vs. Freeza in the Ocean dub. I'm kinda disappointed.
I was asking because watching the fight in TFS has made me rewatch it in the actual anime.
Did you or anyone else watch Kai? I'm wondering how the fight compares to the Z incanation.

Had they reanimated it or just recolored the thing it probably would have been the biggest hit in years.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!So I kinda want to share a couple nostalgic moments for me with DBZ. I might complain a lot about it nwo but I was a huge fanboy back in the day.
Because I was young, Vegeta was naturally my favorite character. He was all edgy and awesome, not like the goody two shoes heroes.
With youth comes a certain blindness that I think improves the story experience. For example, it did not cross my mind that Vegeta becoming immortal wouldn't happen for several narrative reasons. As such I can remember when he caught on to what Gohan and the others had done and stormed out there.
I was all like "yeah! Vegeta is gonna be immortal and kick everyone's butt!" ...then he didn't and I was bummed beyond belief.
The other memory that came back to me is how I raged at Future Trunks.
Perfect Cell vs. Vegeta - Curb-Stomp Battle if I ever saw one. I had to endure seeing my favorite badass getting destroyed for what felt like forever.
And all this while "I can't stop it. I'm stronger than my dad so i have to let him get his ass beat thoroughly."
If I wasn't mad enough because of Trunks' non-intervention, I was ready to kill him when he was like "oops, I'm not stronger than my dad at all. He was just smarter than me and didn't use this worthless transformation."
You fucking little shit, Vegeta just got destroyed for no reason!!!
Gah, I'm still irritated after all these years.
Hey that reminds me of another question.
The Dub vs. Sub debate on DBZ has a lot of stuff but one thing I saw argued over a lot on EX was Vegeta attacking the returned Cell after Trunks nearly got killed.
In the dub, Vegeta attacked Cell to extract vengeance for what he had done to his son. He felt horrible for how he had treated Trunks and wanted to make amends.
The Sub crowd said in the original anime it was less about him caring about Trunks and more about his own pride.
Then someone else said in the manga that it was kind of both.
So, which was it? Did he realize how much he cared for his son or was it his own ego, or both?

I'm pretty sure it was a Papa Wolf moment in all mediums. Later on Gohan or somebody mentions it to Trunks about how Vegeta went ballistic to show that he did care.
Saiga, since no one is answering me in the Buu Hierarchy thread, can you respond to my question here?
Kid Buu or Pure Boo or whatever absorbed two Supreme Kais. However the influence of Grand Supreme Kai/Daikaioshin transformed him into Fat Buu.
Pure Buu is more dangerous because he's little more than a fantastically powerful animal. He has absolutely none of the restraint Fat Buu or even Super Buu had.
However the fact remains that he did absorb two powerful beings. We know from Super Buu that absorbing people only makes Buu stronger, even if it's only by a little bit such as in the case of Piccolo. (who is canonically weaker than East Supreme Kai who was the weaker than the Kais Kid Buu absorbed)
It is nothing more than the good influence of the Grand Kai that prevented Buu from fully tapping into this new-found power. However, when he changed into the mostly evil Super Buu, he was able to tap into far more of this power than Fat Buu.
And so we come to the point. Evil Buu should be stronger than Kid Buu by virtue of having access to far more power like Super Buu did while also having no restraints on his power, again like Super Buu.
Evil Boo doesn't have access to all that power though. The power got split between him and the good Boo, and the two Kaioshin would have still been inside the Good Boo (as when the Good Boo was later removed, all traces of the Kaioshin went with him).
It isn't until he absorbs the Good Boo that he can access all of that power and be stronger than Kid Boo.
And to answer your question, the names people use on Kanzenshuu come from Japanese media (For example, I've seen them used in the Japanese Dragon Ball Heroes game).

Well how about you or anyone else? You guys got any favorite pieces of music?
