Does it make the beatdown any less satisfying? Also I forgot his curbstomp of Frieza in Resurrection F, and you didn't exactly mention the former 3 kills I mentioned. Not trying to be mean about it, though.
What it boils down to is this: the Bingo Dance was a more impressive moment for Vegeta than any feat of violence because Vegeta is a character defined by violence. Any feat of violence is just Vegeta, a character who is really good at violence, performing further violence.
The Bingo Dance required Vegeta to do something awesome that went completely against his nature. It required him to put aside the pride he so frequently ranted about. To find the strength within himself not to throw a more powerful ki blast than ever before, but to show humility. It was Vegeta recognizing that he is not the top shit of the universe and doing everything in his power to protect the people that he loves, even at a cost to his narcissistic self-image. It was Vegeta putting his family before his pride - and not by stupidly killing himself and leaving everyone else to clean up the mess.
In short, it was a demonstration of how far he's come and how much he's grown as a character in a way that no moment of "Vegeta kicks ass awesomely because he's such a cool ass-kicker" could ever compare. That is why the Bingo Dance is his finest moment.
And then Beerus abused a non-combatant woman so that Vegeta could pop a Manpain Power-Up and violence some violence, causing the whole thing to go to pot. But before that moment, it was glorious.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Someone tell me: Is the Bingo Dance in Super?
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerSuper also has Yamcha doing more damage to Beerus than SS 3 Goku. Super is perfection.

Counterpoint: It brought Ginyu back through canon defilement. I can complain endlessly.
...Different show, different fusion.
Goku says that to fuse characters need to have about the same power level and about the same height.
...I mean, then again, Goku can supposedly fuse with Vegeta.
But then, four inches might means less given their heights are still comparable.
