Battle of Gods. Of course, I've only seen a few of them and I don't really remember most of them but that'd be my answer regardless.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!My favorite non-BOG movie is probably Wrath of the Dragon.
Fusion Reborn was really cool too, and the first Broly movie would have been awesome if not for Broly.
I haven't seen a lot of them, though.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Hell has to make you weaker, because it explains stuff.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. That's the very first one.
Dead Zone.
Or it's possible you're confusing it with the Filler Arc where Garlic Jr. comes back.
Was Goku actually in it? If so, it's the movie. If not, it's the filler arc.
One Strip! One Strip! That's Dead Zone
Gohan gets high on mushrooms. Good times.
Edit: Oh wait. Kami was in the Filler Arc too.
Do you remember Gohan eating some mushrooms and getting high? As I said, it's pretty funny, but it's also a pretty distinct scene. That would help.

One Strip! One Strip!Besides the Bardock and Trunks specials, my favourite is Fusion Reborn. It's serious and silly in equal amounts, and the way to defeat the villain actually makes sense. Wrath of the Dragon is also pretty cool, since it's one of the few movies to attempt some character building, and not doing a bad job of it. Battle of the Gods is also pretty dang awesome in all respects (though the material that has come since has failed to live up to its quality).
I also have a soft spot for World's Strongest, Dead Zone, and the original DB movies that exist in a continuity of their own (you know, with the blood rubies, the vampire wanting to destroy the sun, and Chiaotzu as an emperor).
Battle of Gods gets my vote. It has
- The awesome fun of Beerus and Whis.
- Vegeta's Bingo Dance, his finest moment.
- Nearly everything that happens at Bulma's birthday party that isn't Trunks/Mai shipping.
- A rare instance of Shenron being useful for resolving the plot rather than simply cleaning up the mess.
- And it ends in the adversary undefeated. That never happens, but it worked here because even though the scope was as dire as ever, the villain himself wasn't.
Battle of Gods was simultaneously a return to form for Dragon Ball and a bold new direction, and it managed to make the most of both.
Cons:
- The aforementioned Trunks/Mai shipping.
- Vegeta somehow surpassing Goku's Super Saiyan 3 because reasons
- The universe rewarding Goku for bitching about people helping him.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.
Even compared to his Heroic Sacrifice against Majin Buu and refusing to stay down after Kid Buu's No-Holds-Barred Beatdown.
The first one is undermined by the fact that Buu is only free because of him. It's not a Heroic Sacrifice as much as it is cleaning up his own mess and he didn't even do a very good job of it at that. It was only necessary because he stupidly knocked Goku out and insisted on handling Buu himself, and it ultimately achieved nothing but depriving the protagonists of Vegeta, a powerful combatant who might have been able to help in many ways.
The second is just Vegeta doing what Vegeta does. Vegeta is a punching bag. His strongest attribute is the fact that he is impossibly difficult to kill (assuming he doesn't kill himself like an idiot, that is). The prolonged gang-beatdown that was required to stop him in the Saiyan Saga has become one of his best combat features. He even kept talking after Frieza shot him in the heart. He's very good at shutting out that signal from his brain that says, "Psst, Vegeta. You died, like, three hits ago. Stop fighting and fall down."

...somehow.
It's because of this I say Ressurrection 'F' (why do we call it this?) got a rough break. It's a little hard competing for tension when the previous film already had a Wham Ending.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!

Considering that she's supposed to be in jail in this point of time (though she should be breaking out for the 100th time soon), a nice spin-off of her crazy misadventures would be neat.
