Elder God vs. alien?
Yeah, I'm gonna have to go with Set. Easily.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.Hey, both are very lame! One is a fruity-looking superhero who later turns emo, and the other is a guy who traps people in amusement parks! (Which is creepy if your victims are little kids, but doesn't work very well on superheroes, or normal adult men for that matter)

Speedball and Arcade are both awesome. Speedball was always a lot of fun, and Arcade is one of the funnest villains out there. I'm always happy when he pops up.
Speedball would win, but it would be a thoroughly entertaining battle.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.
GLI with or without Squirrel Girl? With Squirrel Girl, they win easily. Without her . . . probably still the GLI. Big Bertha and Flatman both have powers that can be useful in battle. Bertha herself could actually be a legitimate superhero, if she wanted to be. But she's content in Milwaukee.
I think you're underestimating the Mystery Men. Squirrel Girl may have beaten Dr. Doom and Bi Beast, but she's never faced anything quite like the overwhelming stupidity of the Flaming Carrot.
Oh, Doom got beat by Squirrel Girl, that makes me want to say Batman. I'd say the Fantastic Four are a little tougher than the Joker though, so Doom.
edit:And I forgot to post a match... Unicron vs Amatsu Mikaboshi(who Marvel kind of twisted from The Corrupter into his expy).

Modified Ura-nage, Torture RackThat phoenix of the white crown? Jean. Anything less? Franklin.
Uh, the original Mikaboshi and Unicron would probably agree to work together. Unicron would defeat Marvel's version though, well maybe, it depends on the version. The original Unicron would beat him.
Daredevil vs the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Buldogue's lawyerI'm going to say the Turtles, because there's four of them to only one Daredevil; they have him outnumbered.
OK, planet eater time: Galactus vs Unicron!
Ukrainian Red CrossOoh, good one. One is a cosmic force of universal universalness. and he other is Haruhi except conscious of her powers. Hmm...
I'm going to say that Scarlet Witch might be able to beat Dark Phoenix, but would be unable to win. SW could theoretically rewrite reality to not include the Phoenix Force, but since Phoenix is written so deeply into the source code of the universe, doing so would amount to either inputting rm -rf / as the superuser, or compiling a set of 0-byte files as the kernel with all flags disabled. Either way, the universe itself would cease to have ever existed. No universe, no Scarlet Witch.
Right, let's get quirky. Batman vs the Goddamn Batman.
Ukrainian Red CrossCant recall Scarlet Witch ever affecting more than a planetary level change...and Phoenix is waaaaaay above planetary in scale...not to mention how ridiculously erratic Wanda's powerset is from one minute to the next because the writers have a Wanda fetish.
As to B vs TGDB...Batman. Too much use of an otherwise hilarious phrase can cause it to grow stale.

I'm going to say the Thanos-Copter, just because it can move in three dimensions. If Batman drives down a narrow street, Thanos just has to blow up a couple of buildings to crush him.
(This is assuming neither Batman nor Thanos is in possession of the Cosmic Cube).
For the next one, please note that the Theory of Narrative Causality is not in effect - thus, the the fact that the heroes are the good guys has no bearing on whether they win or not. So anyway, I give you:
The Tandy Computer Whiz-Kids vs Snowflame!
Ukrainian Red Cross

The age-old question: who beats who?
Alright, to start: Set
vs Annihilus
. One is a cosmic serpent-being formed from the energies of the Earth itself, the other is an extradimensional insect overlord. To compensate for Set's cosmic powar, Annihilus is allowed to use his armada.
(Bear in mind that though Galactus managed to obliterate a large portion of Annihilus' legion, Galactus is far, far above Set in terms of sheer power)
