Inspired by this thread, I've noticed that this wiki doesn't have a dedicated cleanup thread for negativity.
As we all know, Complaining About Shows You Don't Like, Creator Bashing and other negativity isn't desired on the wiki, except in a few selected areas like reviews and several Darth Wiki pages (and even then, with limitations). And yet, it's one of the most common sins wiki contributors can make.
So, if you find a page, TLP or discussion whose content seems like a straight-up insult or any other bitching - including complainy soapboxing -, you might ask here for help with removing said content.
The sandbox for this project is located at Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining.

How's this for cleanup?
Cut any Karma Houdini who pulled a Heel–Face Turn (for non-selfish reasons) since there service to good is how they make up for karma.
I'd also say cut any example that boils down to "they didn't get punished enough." A Karma Houdini is supposed to be someone who's dodged karma completely.
The YMMV page for The Emoji Movie consists almost entirely of negativity. Granted it is a very infamous film, but the page doesn't seem to properly explain why it's infamous. It's mostly just snark and complaining, with many of the same points being repeated over and again and boiling down to "This movie sucks." Pretty much all of the pages related to The Emoji Movie have this problem, but I wanted to single out the YMMV page because it is by far the worst.
One More Day is widely considered the worst Spider-Man comic book ever, and the event and purpose of it (Peter Parker makes a deal with the devil to save aunt May, by erasing his long marriage with Mary Jane) is a fandom berserk button. As such, it is not surprising that it has a long and populated YMMV page. The problem is the page about the work itself: most tropes are either about the general idea of the comic, or written in a complaining or snarky manner. Many entries link to YMMV items, and even the quote at the top is not from the work but as self-deprecating comment from the author (and probably taken out of context). That doesn't seem to be way the main work page should be written. Popular or unpopular is a thing for other subpages, the main page should explain what happens in the work itself, deprived of real-world reactions.
Ultimate Secret WarsOne Moment in Time has it even worse.

The Protomen enhanced my life.YMMV.Sonic Chronicles is in need of a major fixup, though I'm not sure if this is the place for it.
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢
- Delete the Awesome Music example since it starts with "generally inverted" and Audience Reactions can't be played with, and the exceptions listed are Zero Context Examples.
- Delete Deader Than Disco due to misuse, since Sonic Chronicles was never really popular and got plenty of hate even when it was first released.
Critical Research Failure is also being misused. It's about errors that would be obvious to the general public, not errors in general.
Edit: Deader Than Disco has been deleted from that page in the past, but the current version was added by someone else, so it's not technically an edit war.

2 ÷ 0I reworded the Sonic Chronicles to this. Is it still too complain-y?
- Awesome Music: Despite issues with the soundtrack, some tracks still manage to do the series' record justice.
I'd assume people who played Sonic Chronicles can be expected to have some prior familiarity with the Sonic franchise, and Sonic Adventure 2 is one of the most popular games in the series IIRC, so I think it's fair to assume that a sufficient amount of fans would notice the Critical Research Failure.

General public in this case means everyone, not just Sonic fans, or even just gamers in general. This is not an example of Critical Research Failure, which is about subjects that require no more than a high school education to know about, with said subjects generally being the kinds of things that would be taught in school.
Edit: The Trope Repair Shop thread covers this better.

2 ÷ 0In that case, it could probably fit under Plot Hole or Series Continuity Error.
That sounds like a good idea.
2 ÷ 0Series Continuity Error seems like the best trope for it. Critical Research Failure should be about a work getting basic details of real-life topics wrong, not messing up the details of previous installments. I also wouldn't file it under Plot Hole, since that's supposed to be for a gap in logic that undermines a major part of the story.
I deleted Deader Than Disco and moved Critical Research Failure to Series Continuity Error on the main page.
Does 4Kids Entertainment really need a trope list? All the tropes are either troping the company itself (Big Applesauce, Bittersweet Ending) or stealth-complaining about their censorship and supposedly poor translation work.
I agree. The YMMV page has already been PRLC'd; I could get behind an Example Sectionectomy here as well.
I agree with the Example Sectionectomy suggestion.
2 ÷ 0An Example Sectionectomy too much. It should just be cleaned up and (possibly) locked, like the Seltzer and Friedberg page.
Surely there must be some objective, neutral tropes in their dubs. I vote to clean the page.
Are the censorship-related tropes like Bloodless Carnage and Frothy Mugs of Water on 4Kids okay or not? There's nothing inherently wrong with them, but I can't help but feel a bit of negativity when reading them, as if the writer was saying "this company is ruining anime with its censorship". Does anybody else feel that way, or am I just making things up?
If the Seltzer and Friedberg page is locked, maybe locking this page wouldn't be a bad idea. Cleaning up the page instead of doing a full Sectionectomy might work, but I agree with Someoneman about how otherwise objective tropes are probably being used for complaining.

2 ÷ 0This example in the Real Life section of Do Not Adjust Your Set seems like complaining and misuse to boot, since there's no hijacking of the TV signal:
- Obligatory Political Program in election years, in Brazil; all public TV stations have the exact same program. The difference it's that's not only one villain, but thousands of them; and all of them trying to pull the best lie to gain your vote. Our luck is that voting is obligatory, but we can still null it. The same happens in Chile, though voting is no longer obligatory.

Keet cleanupYikes. Motion to cull it.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportCut the Brazil example, but didn't notice this one right below it. It seems a bit more in the spirit of this trope as it's interrupting programming:
- In Venezuela, Chile, Argentina and other countries there are Cadenas where the government can interrupt all the TV channels and radio stations at will. This was made for emergency reasons but has been abused for propaganda by all the governments, to say the least. At the time of writing cadena. What's the emergency? The president is graduating college students.
I also saw this on FanNickname.Anime, which seems like complaining (and YMMV.Akira indicates some people prefer the 1989 dub):
- AKIRA:
- Good Dub - The 2001 Pioneer / Animaze Dub.
- Bad Dub - The 1989 Streamline Dub

Keet cleanup
I've honestly thought Karma Houdini could use its own cleanup for a while.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."
