All of the links point to Malwarebytes as the tool to help you remove it. Also, go download Fix NCR if Win 7 keeps interrupting your programs.
I'm surprised you're able to post here, actually. When my friend got it, she had to use workarounds because even browsers and system restore got blocked.
Now using Trivialis handle.I saw "Win 7 is the rogue" and thought it was a joke in the vein of "remove AOL.EXE" or "Delete sys32"

A potential threat on my computer. It "removes" the threat but it keeps coming back. This is odd. I've never seen anything like this.
