-Fear of Spoons-

Lily sat in her room, meditating quietly to herself. Or so it seems. It was more like she was pretending to meditate while thinking about very many things for no particular reason other than to give off the aura of being calm when in reality she was not calm but actually cluttering her thoughts about the random and somewhat cruel situations that have been forced upon her.

Because she was so focused on her thoughts, she missed feeling the presence of another entity in her home. Whatever it was, it was walking rather slowly; taking it's time to walk up stairs. Walking, walking, and standing ... right outside the room that Lily was in. It was a human-like figure, and it walked toward it's target, the target was still completely unaware of the incredible danger.

As it stood right next to Lily, she finally opened her eyes and looked up to find a rather ugly looking face that had completely white-as-a-Macbook-charger skin. It glared at her as if it had a score to settle with Lily.

"Um," she started, "Hello...?" A pause was spent and suddenly Lily felt a sharp pain on her head. "Ow! What was that for?!" Lily wasn't hurt, per se, but it did sting and it was rather annoying. She was hit again. "Ow! Stop that!" This time she saw the weapon that her attacker was using; a spoon. This pale figure was just hitting her with a spoon, constantly. "Hey—Ow!" she tried, but the assaulter didn't listen.

Lily finally stood up and grabbed her staff, swinging it onto her attacker's head. She breathed a sigh of relief, but then she felt a stinging pain in her hand. "Ow! Why did you hit my hand!" Lily didn't seem like she was asking any questions. It hit her again. Seeing that attacking the thing doesn't seem to work, she ran away. Apparently, this pale person can also run, too. The bastard.

...

"And that is why we don't have spoons in the house," Lily told her ... "friends" ... as they were dining in her house.
