The Supreme Boundary Field that's placed inside the arena pretty much allows cards to go ALL OUT. The crowd, the people in the dome and outside of the city are safe. Think of it as a large, dome shaped Avalon. NOTHING CAN LEAVE, but people can enter.
The influence on the outside? The boundary field cuts the Rank of all cards above D Rank down to E or D, so property damage is almost nonexistent.
I got asked this, about cards that exist but people have no idea where they come from. There are cards with a Rank ?, due to the fact they CAN'T be ranked. They're cards of such raw, unmitigated magic that it's nigh impossible to due so. Aria's Ea/Enuma Elish special. Rank S is the CLOSEST thing to that kind of power, but then again S Cards are more rare rather than.. nigh-impossible to come by like these.
For example:
- Shinryu (Summon): A beast from an unknown world. Capable of destroying all in its path. (Rank ?)
- Mystic Eyes of Death Perception (Support): The user is given the ability to fully perceive the death of all existing things. (Rank ?)
- Cybele (Special): The user's eyes transform into those of Medusa's. The opponent is petrified upon meeting their gaze. (Rank ?)
- Ionioi Hetairoi (Summon): Recreates Rider's Reality Marble, complete with Rider himself to head the charge, and sets the army against the enemy. Against an army of Servants, the only recourse is to be invincible or have something equally powerful to kill them all. (Rank ?)
- Necron (Summon): The very being that opposes the existence of all things comes to your aid. (Rank ?)
- GetterEmperor (Summon): Summons the mightiest of all the Getter Robos, the galaxy-sized, god punching, big bang producing Getter Emperor.(Rank ?)
- Boundary Manipulation (Support): The user gains the ability to perceive and manipulate the boundaries of all existence. (Rank ?)
- Jecht (Summon): SUMMONS THE BEST. (Rank ?)
More will be added...
Where Cards are Kept
The dome contains a sphere called the Memoria which, as you guessed it, remembers things. It has the ability to absorb and return cards to their rightful owner. Aria is the only one who has access to it, however to, you know, avoid terrible things such as theft.
The Memoria is located at the bottom floor of the arena and, you guessed it, Aria is the only one allowed access!

As you may have gathered from checking descriptions and the like: Aria is basically a Lawful Good D&D Cleric who's not only in charge of keeping people alive but also keeping obscenely dangerous things out of people's hands.

HERE ARE THE MAIN THREADS!:
