I liked those Berenstain Bears books myself. Sure, they had flaws to them, but what fictional work doesn't?
I wonder what Stan (died from lymphoma in 2005) and Jan Berenstain's (died from a stroke this month) sons Michael and Leo are going to do?

Wow, that's a blast from the past, I was big on reading the Bears books back when I was 5-7, hadn't thought about them in years and years.

Now that is sad. I may need to go make my inner child some hot chocolate to cheer her up.
Wait... that counts as junk food, doesn't it? Sorry, Mama Bear. I'll try and be better.

I loved those books as a kid. I haven't read them in years, but it's sad to think that the creators are now dead.
