Kaleb was informed that he would be sharing a room with Taurin Reylus, another first-year. No other information was given, except where their room would be.
He made his way to the room only to find that the door had been left open. Seemed like his room mate had already made it. Ah well, he though. All the better to meet him sooner than later... He stepped into the room, and the first thing he noticed was the dog.
Wait...that's a...
Kaleb had to resist the urge to jump out of the doorway, but his curiosity eventually got the better of him. "Wow," he whispered. "That's one tiny bull." Dropping his duffel bag near one of the beds, he extended his hand toward his roomie. "Are you Torin? I'm Kaleb."
The misspelling is intentional. That's how he's pronouncing Taurin's name.

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.Taurin looked up as Kaleb entered the room. "It's fairly simple in summoning terms. A reality-based template, some small changes, and that's it. My speciality." He stood up and shook Kaleb's hand. "Taurin. Anything you wish to get out of the way immediately?"
He pronounces the Taur like in Taurus and the in as when separate, if not obvious.

After shaking Taurin's hand, Kaleb got down to one knee to examine the tiny bull. "Wow. Summoning, huh? Mine's Cryomancy."
"Anything you with to get out of the way immediately?"
Kaleb returned to his feet and scratched his head. "Well, I gotta admit, I've never lived with a guy before. I got two sisters and they can be a real pain sometimes."
He thought for a moment. "I guess as long as you don't try to make trouble with me, I won't make trouble for you. Fair enough?" He tried to make that statement sound as friendly as possible, but he wasn't sure how well he pulled it off.
Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.Kaleb also lay down on his own bed, although he didn't remove his shoes. His mother would've been pissed.
"You didn't live in a building? Were you...like, homeless or something? No offense if you were..."
"You don't need to worry about etiquette with me. My plan's just gonna be not to start any fights wiht other students."
Kaleb had a feeling he'd get along pretty well with his rommie.

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.Sammy found the bedroom that her and Gretchen would be sharing. Opening the door, she saw that the room was quite small, with two single beds; two bedside tables with lamps on; two drawers; and a large window.
"Quite cozy. Bagsy this bed!" Sammy flopped down on the left bed, kicking off her Converse.
Near Reitt, and up the stairs a little bit, there was a girl sleeping on a couch/bench.
The girl's slightly dark hard was flopping on the side of the bench thing, her duffel bag of stuff right next to her and long blond hair down the sides.
It had looked like the bag fell down.
that should do...
Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.Gretchen quietly places her suitcase on her bed, and opens it, "Sheisse."

Taurin found the means of doing so and was informed of his room, as well as who he was sharing with, someone called Kaleb Wilkins. Arcane micro-bull following him, he ascended the tower and located his room. He was there first, so it only contained the needed things and no personal items. He had no possessions except his clothes and the contents of his pockets, so he had nothing to put down. He sat down and contemplated the possibilitys of the future, as the bull-summon stood on the floor vacantly.
