I don't see how. It's very carefully designed not to permit any real money exiting the transaction. You can get Blizzard Store balance, but nothing you can buy in that store can be sold for real money either, at least not legitimately.
I'm sure that black market account and gold sales still occur, but given how rarely I see complaints about them, they must have taken a nosedive.

Has anything happened at Blizzcon yet? I'm dying to know.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Just announcements so far (Diablo 4, Overwatch 2, WOW and HS expansions).
It's an opening ceremony so far, but definitelly Blizzard banking all the new stuff makes people forget.
Its hilarious how little I am interested in it. The one blizzard game I still have installed isn't even making an appearance at blizzcon.
I admire your dedication to the lost vikings and Death and return of superman!
Its Heroes of the Storm, the almost abandoned game that had its big announcement announced last week.
...
Why does a live-service MOBA need a sequel?
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Money.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Well, let's hope this crashes and burns as hard as Destiny 2 did.
You can have a live service or you can have sequels. Pick one.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.It seems both OW and OW 2 will share PVP aspects. That is modes, maps and heroes.
So you are paying for an engine update and a story mode.
Uni catHas it crashed and burned? Last I checked there's a decent amount of people still playing it. Or maybe that was just my impression because recently there was a new set of CPU's released on the PC market, and one of their big issues was that Destiny 2 crashed and there were a ton of complaints about it. Didn't seem like it was a Vocal Minority but I guess that could have been the case.
Considering all the skins from Overwatch 1 get ported in Overwatch 2, there's no real comparison to Destiny, where Destiny 2 basically restarted you at ground 0.
Most of Destiny 2's problems had to do with Activision-Blizzard, and ever since Bungie liberating themselves from them the game seems to have massively improved in both quality and playerbase.

So nice of Blizzard to charge us premium price for a bloody PVE mode.
(laughs in Australian)
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowI'm not surprised Blizzard fans just went without a whole lot of fuss. The internet has a short-term memory.
"No will to break."The whole non-apology apology in the opening was pretty bad, they just said 'sorry for being hasty'... wooo... and the fact that everyone has accepted it is even more sickening.
Blizzard's Hong Kong Non-Apology Is Pathetic, Cowardly, And Worthless
They probably arranged it so only the diehard apologists were in the audience.
Personally, I'd prefer if the 'net was a little friendlier, but you know the GIFT...Yeah, by demanding that you can only attend this marketing event by paying through the nose.
No one was going to cause actual crap on the floor. They paid too much for it.
Heh, Yong Yea had a best quick reaction to the announcement
"We are committed to everybody's right to express themselves, in all kinds of ways and places!"
"Is that why you disabled the chat, Blizzard?"
> I'm not surprised Blizzard fans just went without a whole lot of fuss. The internet has a short-term memory.
DIABLO 4 WOOOOOOOO
Can't you sorry, what was that you were saying about this 'fuss'
New theme music also a boxOverwatch 2 in general annoys me. People for a long long time, ever since launch even has been asking for more lore and more PvE archive missions. A lot of people, me included, wanted to see the lore and general world of OW develop and it just never really did that much.
Of course when they actually do a big amount of that you have to pay for it and knowing Blizzard they are going to make you pay 40 dollars for it. To me its a shitty move and its saddening to me too because a part of me does just want to give in and try OW 2 as I am pretty sure I'd have fun but I am just so burnt on Blizzard and how they handled OW in general that I don't think I should give them a cent.
My opinion on Wo Ws new expansion is much of the same. It looks really cool and I could see myself having fun with it but again I am so burnt on Blizzard I don't want to give them money.
Actually as few new videos are showing, there were slogans popping up during Q&A. Props to the staff on the spot for managing - they just let them happen and moved on without trying to start drama.
They will probably just move on to World Of Warcraft's Token system or something.
