"We're not affiliated with the Justice League, but we're not the bad guys too. We're here to assist all of you."
Michael raised his hands in a defensive manner.
"A chemical plant? Right, there's probably one in this city. We need something big that everyone will see. Like a blimp. You have any ideas, clown?"
Kios realised that he was going in the right path, but too darn slow. He wanted to meet his enemy already, add a sense of threat to this whole "game"...
Well, there goes any chance of instant credibility we could've gotten through the Justice League. But I guess honesty is the best policy.
"We're interdimensional travellers just passing through who noticed you might be in need of some help. We were also hoping to find the famous Batman while we were here, but it seems he's...been missing for a while."
"Food storage. But I can summon the food to here if you desire it so." N.A.V.I. said.
—
Gordan was the next to speak. "Thanks. We need all the help we can get ever since Batman vanished." Gordan said.
—
"It just so happens that I do have a blimp. Hopefully it isn't auctioned off when I got the cuffs slammed on me." The Joker said.
"Don't worry, Harley maybe a twit but she's not that much of a twit to get any attention we don't want... though come to think of it, we could use all the attention we can get. Well, come now, she just gave me the location of where it will land." The Joker said, strutting to an abandoned apartment.

"You do have a point."
Wait- he was agreeing with the clown? Fantastic. He had to infiltrate a group of twerps and now he's agreeing with a maniacal clown. He massaged his forehead, following Joker. The headache was coming back. If only there was a way to contact Tsukasa to get more of that red stone... even if it was just a bit more...
"Just... a tiny... little... bit..."

"Makes sense to me. I'll meet up with the rest of you guys at the retirement home if that's alright. I can find my way there."
With that August took the book he had been handed earlier and started to walk off into the streets of Gotham, occasionally repeating the word "study" so it would take down new information.
August paused and turned back towards George.
"Go back with the others. In an environment like this I can move faster and work better if I'm alone. Besides, your powers are kind of high profile."
By himself he could blend in, just a guy with a cane walking down the street. But George's powers required the kind of unusual clothing that would scream "Superhero" to every comics inhabitant that saw him.
Besides, if it came down to it he was probably familiar enough with the kind of dangers this world would present, but he couldn't guarantee that about George.
"Yes, uhm... don't worry about that. It's nothing too important." said Michael as he followed the rest of his group towards the retirement home.
"So, where is this girl and the blimp?"
Kios was tired of waiting. He was resting against a destroyed pillar, and his head was about to burst thanks to his growing headache. Also, the nasal voice in his head, that sounded like a seventeen year old boy continued to repeat the words kill him over and over again.
George: Alright. I'll head back.
George ran back to his group.
George: Apparently August wants to go alone. I won't argue with him. Also, I should probably change into slightly more normal clothes... Freelancer!
George's clothes became much more normal, but they had a distinct medival style to them.

George: Laugh all you like, sir, but we have nothing to do with the Justice league. If my Ranger form is displeasing to you, I could just get a new outfit.
