Makes you wonder how many of those Homer is responsible for.
Wake me up at your own risk. There is an episode like that called "The Devil Wears Nada." The entire thing happens while Homer is away on a business trip in France.
I distinctly remember a scene where Marge and Ned are erotically eating strawberries with whipped cream.
He/they | Mostly here on my free daysI wonder why Mayor Quimby hasnt shown up in a while.
His first episode was 'Bart Gets an "F"' and I find it interesting when a show expands it's cast
New theme music also a boxThere was also “Diatribe of a Mad Housewife” where Marge writes a book and everyone thinks she’s having an affair with Ned.
Huh, Quimby did appear last night. Checking Wiki Simpsons, his last appearance before then was in Thanksgiving of Terror, so he still had a long time away (and I dont recall the last episode where he was the focal point).

Albert Brooks will be returning next Sunday as Jacques, the character he last voiced in "Life on the Fast Lane"... 33 years ago. Albert Brooks has done other characters (notably Scorpio), and Jacques has had a few background cameos but no lines.
Well, technically:

New theme music also a boxI hated life on the fast lane. Sure Homer was a little insensitive but Marge seriously contemplated an affair after one bad birthday gift. Compare Homer's reactions to Lurleen and Mindy flirting with him and it's night and day.
see my completed Tangled (Varian) fanfic collection! https://archiveofourown.org/works/24467056/chapters/59049532And then she kicked him out of the house in the very next episode, "Homer's Night Out", all because of Bart taking a picture involving Homer and Princess Kashmir, treating it as the worst thing he's ever done.
Oh, if only past Marge knew of the things Homer would do in the later seasons...

Yeah, like the dome. ;)
Pinkie Pie and flugelhorns are a bad combination.Another Simpsons prediction comes true: Florida parents get principal fired after student were shown Michelangelo's David statue.
Marge would be conflicted.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."What timeline are we in?
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Speaking of Marge, there was one part of The Movie that I didn't really think about until years later. ^_^;;
In that one part, when they were trying to escape from the torch-wielding mob, Lisa tearfully said to Marge that she's too angry with Homer to think straight. Marge reassured her by saying this: "Just remember: You're a woman. You can hold on to it forever."
Ah yes, people only like stereotypes when it's convenient. Also, how does that actually solve the problem? :S
Pinkie Pie and flugelhorns are a bad combination.Marge even notes in the movie that the reason she can remain with Homer is that she just straight up ignores his stupid antics.
Wake me up at your own risk. So, it looks like most of the recap pages for Season 33 just got cut due to them being started by a ban evader. ... This website's policies continue to baffle me.

The logistics of the Stonecutters always bothered me. I'd think a secret society with everyone in it using all the expensive stuff would run out of money.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult. The more I deep-dive Lisa's buddhist leanings the more it feels really cringy and awful, especially when she gains it from a white person's interpretation of the practice.
Death is a companion. We should cherish Death as we cherish Life. That episode was bad, period. Lisa abandoned an entire religion just because the local church in one small town in the third largest country in the world (or fourth, depending on who you ask) was filled with tacky modern conveniences. Yeah, that has intelligence written all over it.
Pinkie Pie and flugelhorns are a bad combination. She's open to Christianity if it's taught by a handsome youthful pastor (and Ned is opposed to anyone who drifts from Lovejoy's dull prayers regardless of faithfulness or intent.) Warrin priests made almost everyone look bad.
see my completed Tangled (Varian) fanfic collection! https://archiveofourown.org/works/24467056/chapters/59049532Aside from Marge, none of the Simpsons look that committed to Christianity, honestly. And she is the one that both enjoys boring stuff and cares about what others say.
Wake me up at your own risk.I noticed that happens with a lot of TV shows in general, especially sitcoms. The leading ladies are more interested in religion (or at least more enthusiastic churchgoers) than their husbands are.
Why is that? :S
Pinkie Pie and flugelhorns are a bad combination.
