I'm not sure how a Crowning Moment Of Awesome could be in any way construed as a punishment.
Mura: -flips the bird to veterinary science with one hand and Euclidean geometry with the other-Oh, my bad. When an italicized "interesting" is potholed I don't actually look at the link, I assume the worst. In that case....suckers. I get it early!
I was given an idea by a friend, that was a feat I was actually thinking of as useful, but could make sense for my character. Remember how he's always reading while he fights? Well...Justice, Blind. Fluffed out as always having his eyes glued to the book he's reading.

:smug:Hello all, I've been corresponding with the GM via PM and am also playing! My character is Shamus Shimmershield, Gnome Paladin and Shaman Spellcaster on the side. A little redundant for this group? Maybe, but I'll try not to steal any limelight.
His background is rather extensive, but the basic concept is Mother Theresa as portrayed by Burt Reynolds.
Edit: New members can't post external links. Womp.

Server is up and running under the name World in Flames for anyone who wants to get in and start working on macros or something. Tinychat is here
.
Also, IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- I just got some clarification about HP calculation from one of the developers. Apparently, the proper formula for HP calculation is (Level*(Class HP + Con Mod)) + Class HP. So a level 1 barbarian with 16 constitution would get (1*(10+3))+10 HP for a total of 23. You should recalculate before we start the game.
- Maptool tips:
- Typing "/me [insert text here]" will generate the output "[your character name] [insert text here]".
- To roll, type your base roll and any modifiers in [] brackets. For example [1d20+3] will roll exactly that and show the output in the chat.
- SKILL CHECKS OUTSIDE OF COMBAT ARE TO BE HIDDEN. When making a skill roll, type gm: in the bracket before your roll. This will cause the output to only be visible to me. Try to remember this one - after all, your character wouldn't know that they failed a perception check, now would they?
- If you want help setting up macros, talk to me or Xiphoniii.
- Save your token to your hard drive frequently. You'll need to place it manually each time we load a new map.
- I probably should have mentioned this before, but here's a brief list of what races your characters are and aren't familiar with:
- Are: Gnolls, Direwolves, Rocs, Elementals, giant serpents, any and all naturally occurring animals in our world that show up in Sanctum.
- Aren't: Goblins, Hobgoblins, Trolls, Dragons (distinct from the Wyrms), Ghouls, Harpies, Sphinxes, etc. If it's humanoid but not one of the 6 sentient races, it's Wyrmborn - created from attempts by the 5 remaining Wyrms to breed their own army in the Emptiness in the event of their return. Given that the Black Wyrm went AWOL years prior to the war, and was consequently not banished with them, they couldn't create anything with true sentience. Most of these have roughly the same level of intelligence as a wolf - or, in the case of the dragons, a particularly intelligent and dangerous horse.

Sigh. Just assume I'm down for the count for tonight. A recap would be nice, though. And no worries, I should be alright for next week. Turns out my mother fucked up our data limit by playing games online for several hours; I'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

I could do that... but I have some interesting things in mind for anyone who takes that particular feat, and the wings just make what I'm thinking even cooler. It's up to you when you take it if you actually want the wings or not.
