Well it wouldn't happen during the course of the RP, for obvious reasons.
Still, if you want me to change it...
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialStill not finished yet please don't murder me.
- Name: Charles Fulp
- Gender: Male
- Age: 15
- Reincarnation Of: Nikola Tesla, the electric wizard
- Appearance: Charles is a slim boy, skin as white as snow. His hair is black and cut short, so as not to get in the way of whatever project he may be working on at the time. His eyes are a dull brown and more often than not squinted in concentration. He dresses simply, a simple a white t-shirt and a pair of faded jeans making up his usual outfit. A barely visible mustache can be seen forming on his upper lip, but that's more out of unwillingness to shave than desire to grow a respectable bit of facial hair.
- Personality: Charles has always been kind of a weird guy. He more often than not shuns human contact, and because of this has some difficulty talking to others and expressing his feelings to them in an understandable way. He has a particular love of the sciences, especially electrical and mechanical engineering. Despite his shy and awkward exterior, Charles cares deeply about what few friends he's able to make and will treat them as best he can. Also, has a soft spot for pigeons.
- History: Charles is a New Texafornia native, born and raised. The only child of a middle class family living in what was essentially the middle of nowhere, Charles never had much to do. He didn't like associating with other children, who frequently mocked him and on some occasions assaulted him. His life was a dull one, occupied mostly by reading through whatever books he'd borrowed from* the local library. This sparked something inside the young Charles. While he was not old enough to recognize the sense of familiarity that came about when he paged through his books on electrical engineering, he did know one thing. Science was the best. Even as he grew older, this interest never left him and to this day he still locks himself in his room for hours on end, designing fantastic new devices that he'll most likely never have the time or materials to build and will most likely fail catastrophically. Charles doesn't care about that, though. It's all in good fun.
- Abilities: A decent amount of knowledge on most sciences and a good deal of engineering prowess.
- Artifact: A miniature, backpack mounted tesla coil
. It weights quite a bit, making it difficult for Charles to move very far while wearing it. The coil is capable of firing off bolts of electrical energy, whether to stun or harm foes or to activate electrical devices, a process which will take some practice to perform without damaging the object in question. The coil has a finite power supply and once this supply is depleted it must be unsummoned. Once summoned the following day, the coil will be fully charged once again.

"You have more than enough potential. So tell me what is the one wish that would make your soul gem shine." -Mitt Romney, probably- Name: Jack Harris
- Gender: Male
- Age: 16
- Reincarnation Of: John Henry
- Appearance: A tall, muscular, dark skinned teen usually found wearing a sleeveless white shirt and torn-up blue jeans. His hair is a dark buzz-cut, and his eyes are a simple brown.
- Personality: Jack is a hard-working, kind-hearted person. He believes in good health and good friends, and always tries to help out and earn his keep. He dislikes laziness, and unhealthy habits, often encouraging his friends to stay fit. He has a particular fondness for trains and railroads, and is most comfortable around the tracks.
- History: After school, Jack would always go visit his father at whatever construction site his dad was working on. At some point, he decided to lend a hand, and over time he developed quite a bit of muscle. Eventually he got a part-time job with his dad's construction company after school, and one of his first jobs was fixing railroad tracks, where he first vaguely realized he had a past life. Currently he's fixing a road, and still working hard.
- Abilities: He's incredibly physically fit, enough to easily lift a hundred pounds in each arm, and knows how to use most tools. Good at fixing things.
- Artifact: A hammer, with the words "This belongs to a steel drivin' man." inscribed on the handle. It greatly increases Jack's strength when held, and allows him to lay old-fashioned railroad tracks (at an inhuman pace) that make him stronger and faster when he's on them. They disappear when the hammer is desummoned.

What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?I'm interested in signing up, but I'm having difficulty conceiving of my character concept as anything but a college freshman. Is it summer in New Texifornia? Is a university nearby?
GM: AGOG S4 & F/WC RP; Co-GM: TABA, SOTR, UUA RP; Sub-GM: TTS RP. I have brought peace, freedom, justice, and security to my new Empire.- Name: Katie Weatherford
- Gender: Female
- Age: 12
- Reincarnation Of: Hercules
- Appearance: "I-I don't f-feel good..."
- "Even with a machine, sewing is hard!"
- Personality: Around most people, Katie is very, very shy. She has very few friends, and is very attached to the few she has. New people often cause her to hide behind her friends, and she is very very quiet. Katie is exceptionally shy of adults, aside from her own parents and her older brother. She is very resentful of her own illness, and somewhat resentful of having to be held back in school. In spite of this, she is very intelligent. When Katie is feeling better, she likes to cook, and wishes she could sew. She becomes less introverted around family and friends.
- History: Early in her life, Katie contracted an illness that plagues her to this day. This illness nearly killed her when she was only six, but emergency treatment managed to saver her life. Even with the treatment keeping her from falling into fatal conditions, her illness has still held her back in school. Katie has grown very slowly, smaller and less mature then she should be for her age.
- Abilities: Not much. Katie is frail, very small for her age, and often has to rest. She's extremely good at cooking, though. When she feels up to it. And also super failing at sewing skills.
- Artifact: Katie's artifact is the pelt of the Nemean Lion. Incarnating itself as a plush lion, when in use the Nemean Lion pelt becomes a thick blanket that Katie covers herself in. This blanket can protect her from all harm. However, she is still very easily knocked down or tired out.

"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."Tesla looks fine so far, and both John Henry and Herculolis are accepted.
Hmmm... Yeah, I'm going to assume it's summer, possibly just at the end of the school term. And... There is a university. There has always been one. I did not just make one up because I suddenly realised it might be useful. Ahem. >.>
I have some ideas for characters but I have a feeling I won't get away with them...so I'll just check...
George Washington - Yep...I'm going there...considering that he will be the highest ranking officer in the history of America ever and how respected he is...that would be a tricky choice. But hey, you know a soul comes back to make sure mythological villains don't wreak havock on it...
Jack Churchill - He's from the 20th century and not only that but died in 1995...still doesn't change the fact that a man who fought Bow and Sword in Accord is amusing and possibly a comment of how he didn't appear in World War 2, what seemed to be Britian's greatest time of need...
The Wandering Jew - Well...considering Jesus and Muhammed are of limits it gives problems...
Some people say I'm lazy. It's hard to disagree.George seems like he'd be the best bet, really. It'd be interesting to see what you'd come up with, too. The Wandering Jew... Maybe, but he'd likely pose a few problems, and Jack... Is a little too recent, yeah, as cool as he would be.
But yeah, the first president? I'd say go for it.
I love this game already.

I don't know. I think George may be a little overpowered.![]()

Thanks.
If I couldn't get any of them, I was going to go with Andrew Jackson whose artifact is a dueling pistol that became a weapon of death because of so many duels...
I was tempted to do Ned Kelly but I know there would be some Australians out there who would have the same thoughts...though it would be interesting to do Ned Kelly if I had his brother as a second character...
Some people say I'm lazy. It's hard to disagree.@Anno: That is the best and most awesome sentence.
- Name: Fiona Mackay
- Gender: Female
- Age: 16
- Reincarnation of: Fionn mac Cumhaill
- Appearance: What do you mean she's holding it wrong?
- Personality: Fiona is extremely cheerful and energetic. She dislikes studying and seems to lose all her energy and enthusiasm when a task involves reading. She is always willing to help her friends out when they're in trouble. She has a bit of a sweet tooth and has learned to cook in order to satisfy it.
- History: Fiona's life has been fairly unremarkable. She was born, she goes to school, scrapes by with the least amount of study possible. Nothing worth mentioning really...Oh! She had a puppy when she was younger, but it...no wait, it's still alive.
- Abilities: Fiona is fairly athletic, good at most FPS and fighting games and a decent cook.
- Artifact: Fionn's crane-skin bag. She can pull any medieval weapon she can think of out of the bag and will instantly know how to use it. The main limit on what she can pull out is her knowledge of medieval weaponry. For now, it's basically mundane bows and swords.
- Eventually, the quality of the weapons Fiona can pull from the bag, the potency of the magic in them and the level of skill she gets with them will all improve.

Burn up, hurricane of justice!I have no idea how things turned out that way, to be honest. Well, okay, I do, but...
Alright, finished up Charles/Tesla's history.
I'm kind of tempted to make a second character, since that's what all the cool kids are doing, but I'm not sure if the historical figure I have picked out for them would be alright. Or if making a second character is even a thing that I'm allowed to do.
"You have more than enough potential. So tell me what is the one wish that would make your soul gem shine." -Mitt Romney, probably- Name: Pierre "Peter" Roux (pronounced "Roo")
- Gender: Male
- Age: 19
- Reincarnation Of: Nicolas Flamel
- Appearance: A fairly tall young man with mid-length, red-blond hair and brown eyes. Unless the situation calls for something else, he's normally seen wearing a button-down shirt and khakis along with brown shoes. Although it's excessively formal for most situations, Peter likes to feel like a professional at all times.
- Personality: Although he doesn't exactly avoid the company of others and loves listening to people talk, Peter is very quiet and typically dislikes speaking up unless he's mulled over exactly what to say beforehand. He is a little obsessed with appearances, and constantly frets over the possibility of embarrassing himself when opening his mouth. Despite all the effort he puts into finding the right wording, he often comes off as a bit of a Cuckoolander. Somewhat naively, he believes that any crisis between conflicting parties can be resolved by sitting down and talking over the problem.
- History: A first-generation immigrant born of two French parents, Peter's early years were unremarkable. He would usually bury himself in a book rather than socialize, preferring to keep to himself most of the time. As a result, he lacks people whom he would call true friends, although he is on good terms with a number of acquaintances. Craving to understand more about human interaction, he threw himself into the study of psychology, and managed to snag a scholarship to pay for most of his college education. He now studies at the beautiful campus of Sanctuary University, where he's about to begin a summer course after finishing his second semester.
- Abilities: Speaks French and English, and is fairly good at Roman Latin. Has been practicing Parkour for years. Though he initially picked it up because he thought it was cool, he quickly learned better, and now practices it in order to keep in shape. Irrationally, he also lacks any fear of heights, and so often enjoys reading a book from the edge of a rooftop. Authorities are typically unimpressed by such antics, however, so he tends to do this only in places without a lot of spectators. Has never gripped a weapon any more deadly than a kitchen knife, and he's clumsy when chopping vegetables.
- Artifact: The legendary Philosopher's Stone. It manifests as a deceptively normal gem set into a simple golden ring on Peter's right hand. It gradually transitions through four stages as he recovers more memories from his past life, adding additional powers and changing in color each time. Initially, using it for more than a short period is very tiring, but the burden for lower-stage abilities is lessened after the Stone moves on to a higher stage. Stages are as follows:
- Nigredo (Black): Ability to corrode matter with a touch.
- Albdeo (White): Ability to transmute matter with a touch.
- Citrinitas (Yellow): Ability to revive dead plants and small animals with a touch.
- Rubedo (Red): Ability to create the Elixir of Life, which subsequently confers perfect regenerative immortality (Think Baccano). Abilities from previous stages are enhanced, and he no longer needs to touch his target.

GM: AGOG S4 & F/WC RP; Co-GM: TABA, SOTR, UUA RP; Sub-GM: TTS RP. I have brought peace, freedom, justice, and security to my new Empire.Nicolas Flamel? Oh wow, that was unexpected... But most definitely not in a bad way, ahah~ Hmmm... I really like this character. There's just one little problem with it, and that's... The immortality thing. I know it's supposed to be difficult for him to use at all right now, and I know it's very fitting for the stone, but... Hurm.
Would you be willing for settling with it simply providing a powerful healing factor rather than true immortality, and make it completely inaccessable until later on? I know it's asking a bit, but that's really the only problem I have with the character right now. Sorry about that.

Um... Do you mean you're not going with what you edited it to? Because what's there right now wouldn't fly due to the "eventually turns into a god" thing. Sorry about that.
