Gen-an is the goblin, but laser guy? I'm lost there.
Shizumaru is back!!!!!!??? Niiice. The truest soft boi in Samsho.
Pleasantly surprised Mina won over Iroha. Good pick.

Shiro Tokisada Amakusa is who I meant
Oh him. When I was little I used to think he was like a middle aged woman lol.
I'm not. It's been pointed out Iroha is never part of the more violent games. And this game is pretty bloody.
She simply wouldn't fit.
Last time I checked Samsho 6 was a pretty gruesome game.
That was also years ago & picking up Samsho made me realize just how much I've forgotten about the game & series in general.

No. According to what I've read on this very wiki, VI left out blood completely, and that's Iroha's debut game.
On the other hand, two of the top three picks of the Dengeki poll are already in the game. No way Iroha is not being added in Season 2.
Iím most excited for Hisame, I think. The only Samsho game Iíve played before is VI, and Hisame was my go to besides Genjuro (who I donít think Iíll play this time) in that one.

Looking at the popularity results, most of the top characters aren't surprising. There's a mix of fan favorites that only appeared in their debut game and/or a dream tournament (Mina, Iroha, Cham Cham, Sieger), reoccurring fan favorites that didn't get in (Shizumaru, Basara, Rimururu), and weird omissions to the main game (Gen-An)
The exception is Princess Suzu, who I had to look up since I didn't recognize her by name. I didn't expect a Samurai Shodown Sen character to get into the Top 10. o.O

Honestly if I were to pick anyone from Samurai Shodown Sen, I'd pick Golba.

Sam Sho fans, I need your help. I want to get this game but I don't know if I want to sub to PS Plus for it, or if I should just wait for the Switch version.
What's the likelihood of Switch online being playable? My wi-fi connection usually works well with Smash.
Do we know if the Season Pass is coming to Switch?
It'll be playable probably but as a general rule you'll want the PS 4 version for the biggest pool of players to play against.
The only fighting game with a healthy online community on the Switch is Smash.

I'm probably not going to play it for months like I have Smash so IDK. It'd be a waste to dump money into PS+ just for one game.
I did pick up V Special on Switch to see if I could get into the series and wow this harder than I thought, though the unclear tutorials don't help.
