This thread is for general discussion of page quotes, whether to change, move or remove them.
Unused quotes should be put on a Quotes Wiki page (just replace the namespace in the URL of the wiki page you are making a quotes page for with Quotes/).
Image captions are discussed elsewhere and have their own thread
in the Image Pickin' forum.

Probably a very well known one TBF. But I have another candidate:
Better, but I prefer the first one from the Quotes page:
So, the name and OP of this thread imply only page quotes are the issue. But sometimes, Quotes page items are brought up here too.
Should we change the title and OP accordingly to account for those as well? Or should this only be for page quotes?

By the way, how's this for Experience Booster?

Ey, migi vuru?
that can work, but I wonder if the Pokémon Equivalent works better:
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It's an egg filled with happiness that earns extra Exp. Points in battle. - Lucky Egg Description, Pokémon X and Y
to the Yo Kai Watch quote for Experience Booster
Is it just me or does the current quote on Failure Hero not demonstrate the trope well? I’ll lift my face, and run to the sunlight.
Well, now
My Girl Is Not a Slut has no page quote
.
Any suggestions, or leave it alone?
The sole Quotes. My Girl Is Not A Slut doesn't seem that useful / good:
Go ahead
How’s this for Parachute in a Tree?
- Solid Snake: Colonel, listen to me. I found a parachute near the wreckage of the Hind.
Colonel Campbell: A parachute? You don't think that Liquid survived.....?
—>—Metal Gear Solid
- So you're a "Yes, I want a quote for My Girl Is Not a Slut"?
Because I don't have a suggestion. I'm against Quotes.My Girl Is Not A Slut.

the quote for Resurrective Immortality was cut down a little while ago
, as far as i can tell without discussion. they have a fair point about potholes, but nevertheless i preferred the old version. should i just restore it sans potholes?
I prefer the current version of the quote. It gets the point across in much fewer words.
regulation pigeonThis is on Reality Show Genre Blindness:
If you're curious, yes, the contestant's outfits on Survivor are partially dictated by production; on recent seasons it's done so that the castaways are colour-coordinated with their tribes.
I don't like this quote because, on top of being kinda complain-y, I also don't think it represents the purpose of the trope: It's meant to be 'reality show contestants aren't savvy about what the show will throw at them'. Since the specific example is more of a production choice, which the quote does acknowledge, it isn't as pure of an example as I'd like.
I'm not sure what I'd replace it with. The Tia Kofi quote (which full disclosure, is a quote I added myself) is more concise and a lot closer to the spirit of the trope, but may be too dependent on you knowing about Drag Race and its outfit design challenges for it to work by itself without further context.
Mother 3 doesnt have any page quote which astounds me
As long as this flower is in my heart. My Strength will flow without end.
