This thread is for general discussion of page quotes, whether to change, move or remove them.
Unused quotes should be put on a Quotes Wiki page (just replace the namespace in the URL of the wiki page you are making a quotes page for with Quotes/).
Image captions are discussed elsewhere and have their own thread
in the Image Pickin' forum.

I think so. Maybe let the CM thread know what you're planning to be on the safe side.

Looks pretty good.
I actually added the quote on Successful Sibling Syndrome, but now I'm thinking a trimmed version of it fits better on Real Award, Fictional Character, because of all the random awards mentioned:
Of the potential replacements on Quotes.Successful Sibling Syndrome, I think I favor this one. It's a bit dry but has the benefit of being a third-party observation:
Alternate suggestion for Tongue Twister:
She loved to pluck the mother pheasants, yes, I could tell!
And she sang this song as she plucked all day long -
She never, ever, ever got the lyrics wrong...
(It's longer, but not unreasonably so, and unlike the Odd Squad suggestion it's both (a) self-referential and (b) an original variant.)

,
Those sound good to me, except I'd add some links:
Flat World's current:
Suggesting a replacement:
Don't you believe a word of that.
For I've been down to the edge of the world,
Sat on the edge where the wild wind whirled,
Peeked over the ledge where the blue smoke curls,
And I can tell you, boys and girls,
The world is FLAT!
I just found out that Heel–Face Revolving Door and Wild Card share the exact same quote. Unlike My Name Is Inigo Montoya, You Killed My Father, and Prepare to Die, these two tropes don't seem to seem to share a common umbrella for their quotes. Should one at least be pulled, or should both stay?
Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.I put in my vote for using the quote for Wild Card.

Still no comment on my Ain't Slayed Nobody page quote change request? Can't say I'm surprised given I doubt anyone here's listened to their podcasts.
I suppose I should provide the context behind my suggestion of "Push the roll..."
Ain't Slayed Nobody primarily plays Call of Cthulhu, one of the mechanics of which is being able to reroll a failed action so long as it isn't Luck or in combat... with the downside being that if it's failed a second time the consequences are usually unpleasant. Almost every time a die roll is failed in Ain't Slayed Nobody's games, the various players will tell each other to "Push the roll..." — usually whispered in a spooky voice.
Should I put the quotes from DW spinoff tv shows on the QuoteSource.Doctor Who page?
Vehicle-Based Characterization | Grief-Induced Split | Locker Mail
I'd go with QuoteSource.Whoniverse in that case. (Making it a subpage of Franchise.Whoniverse)

Acceptable, but avoided if possible.
ERROR: The current state of the world is unacceptable. Save anyway? YES/NOOkay. Well, honestly? I hate to bring this up again, but I still want to change the quote on Monster.Pokemon. There's no good reason the page quote and image should be from the same source and villain here. Grings Kodai is a one-off villain from a single movie. Regardless of how unique his crimes are, he is not special enough to warrant that. If that were the case, Shou Tucker would be the page quote & image for FMA's CM page as well. Pokemon is a multi-media franchise that spans games, anime, and comics. Why are we okay with giving the quote and image to one villain from one movie when there is dozens of media to pull from?
Well, I found this one in the Video Games folder. It's a little long, but I think it will do the trick.
I don't care if people like the quote or image, I just feel like it would be fairer if the image and quote were two different things. I'm sure that there's other options out there, and for a multi-media franchise like Pokemon I'd like to keep things varied. That's all.

You're right, and I'm sorry. But as Noagiyeum said before, we try to avoid having the page image and quote come from the same source, if possible. With Pokemon, a multi-media franchise consisting of a main game series, multiple spin-off games, a long running anime (and lots of movies), and tons of manga, I feel like it doesn't make sense to have the quote and image be from a one-off villain from one iteration of the franchise. Even if you guys do like it, I think there's plenty of other options available.

Mhmm. We've tried to find alternative quotes before, but none of the suggestions really worked. If we can't find a good quote, then maybe we could find a good alternate image (even if I do think the current one is fine).
I just feel, as is, the page quote and image make Kodai seem like a more important character to the franchise than he really is.
I still think you’re missing the point - the quote and image don’t say anything about the popularity or specialness of the character at all. To be honest, the only person reading into the situation regarding the character’s status is you. If you have suggestions then make them (but yes, the suggested quote is a spoiler and per policy there are no spoilers allowed above the line on a page) but no one is reading anything into the character’s status by having him be both the quote and image.
"Avoided if possible" doesn't mean anything else would be an improvement, it just means it's tolerable. If there are lots of other options, then suggest them for discussion.
ERROR: The current state of the world is unacceptable. Save anyway? YES/NO
If you feel it's a more representative quote, then go for it.
