This thread is for general discussion of page quotes, whether to change, move or remove them.
Unused quotes should be put on a Quotes Wiki page (just replace the namespace in the URL of the wiki page you are making a quotes page for with Quotes/).
Image captions are discussed elsewhere and have their own thread
in the Image Pickin' forum.

Here's the third one without the first sentence:
Honestly I don't know who John Kricfalusi, it's just on the quotes page where it was added by someone else.
I too still prefer the Roger Ebert one.

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadJohn was the creator of Ren & Stimpy, and he got outed as a massive sex pest ~5 years ago.
For the record, John Kricfalusi is the disgraced creator of The Ren & Stimpy Show, who was already a controversial figure in the animation world for his caustic views on recent animation, and eventually turned out to be a sexual predator/pedophile.

Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining | Troper WallYeah let's definitely not use that one then. Should it even be on the Quotes page?

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadHello.
I am not sure if this is the correct page to ask this on, but I have a suggestion for a page quote on Flashback with the Other Darrin.
"Ah, I remember when my brother became a completely different person, and we had that conversation on a pier during the day, and I had on my cool jean vest, and the acting wasn't as good. That's sure was how it happened!"
— Mitch Buchannon, Baywatching
Would this work for a page quote, does the Back to the Future image example already on the page work more, or would both work?
Okay I removed it. So any more opinions on which of the other two to use?

There actually isnt any quote on Flashback with the Other Darrin AND it does sound good. So I give you my vote.

As long as this flower is in my heart. My Strength will flow without end.re the John Kricfalusi quote on Quotes.Romantic Plot Tumor: we don't remove quotes just because of who said them. That said, I don't think it's a very good quote. (I have no idea who Zeppo is or how he is relevant.) I think it could be salvaged by cutting off the second half, like so:
As for what to use for the main page, if — as ShaiPa says
— the romance is the main plot of Pearl Harbor, then the Zero Punctuation quote seems clearest to me.
I mean I do like the Zero Punctuation quote as well, especially if romance films are excluded from the trope.
Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadThe current quote for Sonic the Hedgehog is this:
Snively: I don't see a heart, sir...
Robotnik: Exactly.
For a Complete Monster quote it seems really lacking for it to be the page one so here's some possible suggestions?
Or there's the ones from the quotes page.
Also I like the Flashback with the Other Darrin one

What's wrong D-16? Rise up!I like the third one as well.
So, an I good to add the Zero Punctuation quote or should I wait for more opinions?
Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadSo on Friendship on the Set from a recent Emma Myers interview with Variety:
I'm unsure on it.
Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadI've mentioned it before, but the page quote for Brooding Boy, Gentle Girl says nothing about genders. While the speaker is a girl, her name is gender neutral, so you wouldn't know that if you're not familiar with Kill la Kill.
Just get rid of your broken wings—you're strong enough by now
I'll be your spark when you're lost in the dark
And let me be your song, be your match to
Light your heart up."

Does Sympathetic Slave Owner's quote work? I don't understand how it would be a good example out of context, and I've played the game and can confirm it's not even an example in context. That dialogue happens just moments after Bradley (the "he" they're talking about) discusses how he unsympathetically made the slave and their family pick cotton for him.
"Squid has to go to market. He's had to go to market for as long as he's sucked water."the infinite quote for Monster.Sonic The Hedgehog is good to me, since it's spoiler-free and demonstrates his ruthlessness well. agree with cutting the Brooding Boy, Gentle Girl quote, it doesn't give context to gender and is just kind of generic otherwise. i prefer the roger ebert quote over the zero punctuation one for Romantic Plot Tumor, it's more concise.

As a replacement for Death Wail — which is repeated for One-Woman Wail — how about this quote from Book of Exodus (keeping with the Biblical theme):
