I think that's fine. Nothing in the description says that they have to actually be orgasming (literally or symbolically), just really enjoying the food. Either it's a poor trope name or it's a poor description, but for now that's probably fine to keep.

That's certainly the implication as I read it too. If it's not supposed to be the implication, there's a case for reviewing the trope description (or possibly going down the TRS route).
And if there is a sexual implication, it does feel inappropriate to list examples involving kids.

This trope needs TRS if only because this trope does happen in kids media... WAIT! I will explain. This is because kids media does have moments where minors do eat and gush about the food they just tasted in superlative terms and this is the closest trope we have to that. Like Delicious Party Precure does this, Ran always gushes about the food she's eating in ridiculously superlative terms. We should either create a new trope that doesnt sexualize minors by just including them or rework the trope. If we create a new one. Like Superlative Food Gushing (Since many times the characters are gushing about what they ate)

honestly Orgasmically Delicious as currently defined could probably just be merged with Erotic Eating since they overlap nine times out of ten. then we could make a new trope about non-sexual gushing about food, like you mentioned
That actually wont solve anything. It's just the same since we dont want examples about minors on tropes with the words Erotic or Orgasmic in it.

The page quote on Asian Airhead doesn't really incorporate the "Asian" aspect much. I mean we can tell from her surname in the attribution she's Chinese, but it's not relevant in the quote.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
