A deep darkness with twinkling lights showing the only path. Scattered souls yelling out for mercy. Their answers are finally answered. A large blast of white pierces the black abyss, gathering up every wounded soul.

Opherium

A white haired girl opens her eyes, standing up in a flower field. A cold wind brushed through, causing her hair to flow in the incoming gale. Before her was a large, white magical circle. It worked to recall Opherium's lost essence. She had to put this to use, however, to fight against Necrimas. "Just a little more." she said, coughing into her hand.

The moment finally came. A large, blast ripped into the air and caused the ground to shake. The trees nearby gave way to the powerful wind. Finally, the pierces were collected.

Each piece contained a fragment of Opherium's own memory and purpose. The information about the Text, about the feud between Necrimas and Opherium, all of it instilled in each and every one of the warriors.

Necrimas

In the ruins of an ancient city, Necrimas stood over an open space, a wine glass in hand. A grin formed on his face as he swished the liquid around with a light move of the hand. A sip and then another gaze down to the circle.

The same thing happened. A large, black pillar burst into the air, calling forth each piece in this new game.

Both sides have gathered and the war was about to begin.

"Ah!"

The blonde girl clad in a blue uniform had thrown her arms over her eyes to protect herself from the bright light that had suddenly engulfed her. It was probably only for a moment, but when it finally cleared, she was standing in a field of flowers. Cautiously lowering her arms, the Librarium Lieutenant peered at her surroundings, her mind filled with information that - while she didn't understand - still made sense. No, wait, that made no sense...

Anyway... Before her was a white haired woman. Noel would have summoned Bolverk and question her, but Noel knew there was no need.
"...'Opherium'?" She asked timidly, putting the name to a face. "You... summoned me?"

Noel wasn't quite sure what she was saying. Shaking her head, Noel continued, "W-why did you call me? What's going on?

Elsewhere, a somewhat similar scene occurred. The silver haired girl didn't seem to budge or react at all to the darkness that brought her the being in front of her. Her bright red eyes watched him with a blank expression as she began to review the data introduced to her system.

"Unfamiliar circumstances. Scanning." The girl muttered to herself.

"Reviewing data. Progress: 20%. 76%. 100%. Review complete."

Nu-13 stared at Necrimas, her expression ever neutral. "Conflicting priorities. Resolving..."

Nu remained motionless for a long time, almost floating from the way she normally stood, tip-toeing around the place. Eventually, she reached a decision or re-programmed herself.
"Priorities reset. Equal importance selected. I will fight."

Not even this battle could dissuade her from her true goal, it seemed.

As Robin stepped from the pillar, her face betrayed a sense of annoyance, and she sighed. What was this? Some war between chaos and order? What did she care of this whole thing?

She wasn't sure what to think of it, but decided that since she was also aware she'd be sent back home no worries that she'd go through with it, and at least try to do something.

In fact, she suddenly cheered up the tiniest bit at having a story to tell her nakama when she got back. Yeah, she'll have to hold on to that to keep from strangling the one who summoned her.

It was at that point she began taking in her surroundings. She became a bit less moody at the sudden realization she was in a ruins. Maybe she could learn something from this...

She looked up and saw the man floating in the air. That was the one who summoned her... how strange, she thought.

Akainu stepped forward from the light, shielding his face with the visor on his hat. As he stepped out, he looked up and around, "Hmph, I have no real reason to fight in this..." He looked and found Opherium.

"Ah, you're the one who summoned me... I can see there is some sort of reason, some sort of villian. Explain," He demanded, his face baring down on the much shorter person before him.

It was not unlike being summoned for a Grail War. The magical circle which materialized offered Saber's window into existence, so to speak, through which she rose. The surroundings, however, were not the room of some mage, but a pleasant field of flowers. The information that suddenly flowed into her mind clarified what this meant.

Both hands remaining perched on Excalibur, she surveyed her surroundings. It really did appear to be nothing more then a vast field of flowers... The information that had been given to Saber was all she really needed to know. This was not entirely unlike a Grail war, from how she considered it. Summoning warriors to use in battle. The downside was that this gained no ground towards Saber's goal... but finishing with this matter, and halting the advance of the other side, would surely bring her closer.

"I see."

It was dark. She liked the night, but this darkness didn't feel right. It felt wrong, was this a summoning to a Grail War? But... it felt so... so wrong, this just couldn't be what it was supposed to be...

Sunlight. Bright daylight.

Assassin, who had already curled herself into a tight ball, shut her eyes tightly. Going out during the day... it... she couldn't she just couldn't why was this happening?! People would see her... that... that was so embarrassing... and... and other people, they made her nervous, some of them scared her... others could be 'bad people'...

There were so many things, too many. Assassin didn't even want to move.

Ragna the Bloodedge

A bright white light whisked the man from point A to point B. Confused, irritated, and a bit pissed, he walked forward and from the light. "What the hell!?" are the first words to come out of his mouth. Yeah, he knew the situation from the memories that flooded into his mind.

He knew about the war, the two sides and everything but he was still pissed. He brought up a hand to his face as he shook his head. "This is how I-", he looked to the side, seeing Noel. She said Opherium, which was the name of the bitch that brought him here. "Noel?" a side glance and he caught a glimpse of people he's never seen before.

"The..hell?" an expansive vocabulary he had.

Hazama

"Oh what a pleasant bath~" the man said in a sing song voice, nonchalantly walking out of the big, black pillar and into the open. "Well this place has a nice view but... uh.. what am I doing here exactly?" he questioned, looking at the white haired girl. Then a glance to the busty woman, and lastly a look to the all-too-familiar face Nu-13. "Oh! Long time no see!" he said with an upbeat tone.

"But.. anyway..." he quickly changed subject, looking to the man that had summoned them there. "What's going on here? I've got work to do, you know..."

Opherium

"I summoned all of you." said the woman in white, holding her forehead with her hand. A spell of dizziness but she managed to stand still. She heard the man's voice, explain he said.

"It's a war for the fate of everything and everyone." the girl looked to the ground, but then pulled herself up to look at her warriors. "If... we don't win... everything will... fall."

Necrimas

The man with black, slicked hair and golden eyes descended to the ground as the magical circle continued to pulsate. "Young lady, are you alright?" the man bent down, placing his free-hand onto Jack's head. He lightly caressed her hair in a comforting manner before looking back up to face the group.

"I suppose you all want power, correct?"

ANDERSON
"Ye're the one who summoned me, heathen?" a tall man, most likely taller than even Ragna, questioned, the book in his hand and cross around his neck completely at odds with his violent abilities and threat level. "If ye weren't the only way home, I'd kill ye for this devilry."

Plucking him from his transport to England, after all, could lead to an army of Nazi vampires overrunning the country. Protestant and therefore blasphemous as the country was, Nazi vampires were a bigger problem. And this way he would get to fight Hellsing's lapdog.

ALUCARD
The man in red, eyes hidden behind yellow-tinted lenses, frowned at this question. Power? What use would more power be? He was already peerless, the only way to be stronger was to turn the world itself against one's foes. No... power wasn't what he wanted; no-one would be able to kill him, in that case. But... this war might provide someone capable and worthy enough. Maybe.

Noel was surprised at the voice that spoke her name. Among various, unrecognisable figures, stood Ragna the Bloodedge. What...?
The wanted man before her should have been apprehended by her, but something stopped her. And she kind of doubted it was the fact that she was in an unfamiliar land where gods told them they were warring.

Speaking of, Noel noticed that Opherium seemed sick. That was kind of alarming... Noel stepped forward apprehensively. She had quite a few questions for her, especially of the 'why me?' variety, but the first thing Noel asked was, "Are you all right?"

Nu gave a sweeping glance of the various others that arrived, scanning their battle potential. Strangely, they all seemed roughly equal, even the cowering child.
Processing." Nu stated to herself. Logically, their power shouldn't all be so close. Not by chance, anyway. Had this Necrimas deliberately chosen equally powerful warriors?

And that man with the green hair... "Black Susano'o Unit." Nu identified him. Her memories did not indicate a previous meeting, yet this man acted as if he were familiar to her. Odd...

Nu's gaze turned back to Necrimas, but didn't reply. It wasn't entirely true anyway. Nu didn't power. She wanted him.

Akainu stared down Opherium. She was summoning him because he was superior to herself, clearly. The others were also being summoned for the same reason, but... looking them over, they did not look very threatening.

Akainu was smart enough to not under or overestimate by appearance, however. So despite the sickliness of the one who seemed to be responsible for summoning them, the others were likely all very threatening.

During his thoughts he simply awaited further explanation, his cold calculating eyes never removing their gaze from Opherium, despite being aware of the others appearing.

Robin frowned. Power? She had figured she'd trained enough, but... more power, could be helpful. There would be very powerful enemies in the New World, "Power isn't a terrible thing I suppose," Robin nodded.

She then took notice of the small child, who seemed to be shivering. Suddenly what appeared to be Robin herself appeared from the ground next to her, and gave her a hug, "Dear child, don't be afraid, were you not told why you're here?" She had a soft spot for children, and especially for creepily dressed children who were clearly on the run from something, and then there's the fact they're a team in this. "You shouldn't worry, you'll be fine once this is over," Robin's clone continued comforting her while the real her seemed to just keep looking at the one who had offered power.

Robin was a calculating one in a way, not one to take her eyes off the prize, but at the same time being with the Straw Hats had made her more caring for others...

Ciel (Order)

Normally, Ciel would have taken this all in her stride. She'd heard about things like this happening before, although mostly involving one of the Dead Apostle Ancestors, the Wizard Marshall Zelretch. She hadn't expected to be plucked out of her reality and dropped in another, but it was something she'd always kept in mind could happen. Stranger things had happened, after all.

What she hadn't been prepared for, the reason why she was currently hiding, was... Him. She'd went to Japan to chase after Roa, of course, but there was another reason. She'd went there to get as far away as possible from that man.

Father Alexander Anderson. Bayonet Anderson. Dust to Dust Anderson. Off With Its Head Anderson. Regenerator Anderson. She knew of his reputation. She knew all about his methods, and she wanted to stay the hell away from him. Anderson was infamous in the Burial Agency as not only one of the Church's top agents, but also as a complete raving lunatic. She was actually overjoyed when reports of Roa being in Japan surfaced, as Anderson seemed to be obsessed with some Dead Apostle working for some group of English Protestants.

After the strange woman had finished talking about some kind of apocalyptic vision, however, she realised that she couldn't exactly hide. Gulping down hard, she walked out of cover and tried to look as confident as possible as she approached the group and...

"Father Anderson?" she said, holding out a hand and trying not to show any signs of fear. "Ciel, #7 of the Burial Agency. I believe we've met before."

Arcueid Brunestud (Chaos)

"Oh? Power? That sounds rather boring, actually..." The Princess of the True Ancestors, Arcueid Brunestud, frowned at the man she had assumed had brought her here. "All I want is Shiki, silly!"

And here she was thinking she'd been whisked away by her surrogate grandfather for a surprise visit. She hadn't seen Zelretch for a long time, after all... To think she'd been dragged off like this without asking when she could be spending time with Shiki?

"I really hope there's a point to all this," she said, pouting ever so slightly. "There's stuff I wanted to do today..."

For whatever reason, her eyes kept darting over to the man in red. Something about him bugged her an awful lot... Hmmm...

The Filipino girl was not one to be unused to such oddities. She had seen far stranger in less than a year thanks to sword known as Soul Edge. Nor was she one to turn her back on someone in need. The wind swirled around her giving light encouragement, telling her that this was the right path. Her only wish was always to restore peace to the world, so if that peace was being threatened, then she would do anything in her power to prevent it.

"Thank you," she murmured to the wind, before speaking up, "I-I'm willing to help. If it means keeping peace in the world, t-then I'll do whatever I can."

Amy

No father....

She thought with a hint of sadness. She had hoped at least father would be here with her. But it seemed that again he was far away from her.

Amy didn't care for this talk of power. That was something Father would be more concerned about. No, Amy just wanted to return to him. To Rapheal. She didn't care for the prospect of fighting, nor did she care about those around her. She was half tempted to leave this place and start wandering around, hopefully she'd find her foster father along the way.

That... was not acceptable. In as much as this was not connected to her goals, there was no way Saber would allow such a thing to come to pass. Whatever foe they were to face sought the ruin of everything? In that case, there was no other option but to destroy it. Her hands tightened on the invisible hilt of Excalibur.

"If that is what the enemy seeks, they must be stopped," it was all Saber felt necessary to say. There was no need to speak any further.

Assassin shuddered further when the man stroked her head, and curled tighter. It was when she was hugged that she outright jumped. Who was this?! Why were they suddenly hugging her?!

... It was a girl... an older girl...

Assassin sat still, shivering and silent. She wasn't sure how to react.

This girl... she was a Regenerator, like he, but for completely different reasons. Devilry rather than the Grace of God. So long as that blasphemy was channelled towards His works, however... just like the time they met, in fact. Not that he would have needed the help in order to kill the vampire but her arrival did save him a few minutes. It was rare that he got chance to interact with other facets of the Church hierarchy, too.

"Have ye grown stronger, lass? The devils an' heathens wait for no man," Anderson asked, focusing on the most important point—in this situation, at least, "An' I dinnae think there'll be any shortage, soon."

ALUCARD
The other vampire's reaction to Arcueid was similar but at the same time more complete. Alucard, whether through experience or supernatural abilties, could recognise the nature of any creature, whether it be human, werewolf, vampire... and this girl, innocent looking and silly s she was, was most definitely a vampire. Not just any vampire, in fact. Strange, for one of them to be here.

Still, there was an idiot threatening to shoot the person that had brought them here, which would leave them all trapped in this ruinous settlement with no means by which to return. Alucard was obliged to stop London from being completely levelled, so being here was an obstacle.

Daiki would find the Casull levelled at his head, aimed with unerring steadiness.

Opherium

"I'm just fine." the white haired girl answered Noel's question, looking to the group again. "What I mean by everything will fall is... the power held behind that seal is known as the Throne of the True God. Absolute control for whoever breaks the seal." a hand ran through her hair before she sighed.

The girl then looked at Talim, who looked around the same age she did. "Oh hello!" she walked forward, letting her girly whims take control. "I'm Opherium, nice to me-" she lost all sense of formality.

"Uh.."

Necrimas

He let go of Jack's head, standing up with the wine glass still in-hand. He didn't even flinch at the gun being drawn on him. "Some want power and some don't? Mmmm, you dissapoint me.", he took a sip of the wine. "Power seems to be a common goal for most people, I had to try though." another sip. "Mmmm.. but, yes, the reason I summoned you here is... to fight. You can quit, roam around for all eternity, it's your choice really. You may also find that.. you may be bit stronger... or weaker, depending on the situation. All in all you should be pretty equal in fighting capabilities. But, whatever, that isn't the point." the man walked around the summoning circle, taking yet another drink from the glass. "But the point is, we don't win, you don't go home. It's your choice if you'd like to stay here or not. It's not so bad, you know."

Ragna the Bloodedge

Apparently they had to fight for a some power that he could give two shits about. "Gaahh..." he placed a hand to his face, grasping the situation the best he could. Go to point A, fight fight, win. Seemed simple enough, for him at least.

"Later." he waved a hand toward the group behind him, walking through the lush greenery of the plain before him. Well so much for introductions.

Hazama

"I'm not really the fighting type..." he placed a hand on his hat, frowning with his eyes closed. The demeanor of the green haired man was calm and collected. "But... if I have to do something to get out of this ... situation, I guess I don't have a choice." a deep, regretful sigh.

The lieutenant rushed after him, grabbing his sleeve. "Where are you going? You can't just leave?"

"Processing," Nu-13 stated once again, taking in the new information. So all their powers had been equalised? "Unresolved question: Why?"

And there was another, far more serious matter that came to Nu's attention. Primary co-target, Ragna the Bloodedge is not here?"

If that were true... well, she had her other priority to fulfil, which was to fight for this being that brought her here, but the mere idea of never seeing Ragna... it filled her with grief and dread. Even if it didn't show.

"I... Suppose I have, Father." Ciel tried her best not to avert her gaze. She knew that Anderson, being a high ranked member of the Church, knew about the source of her... Condition, as it were, and though he put up with her despite that fact last time they were together, she couldn't help but fear him anyway. He was a fanatic, after all. The mere fact that she was once host to one of the strongest vampires of them all was enough for him to want to destroy her, wasn't it?

"I am sure that when the time comes, we will eradicate any of those godless creatures we may encounter, Father." Her hand twitched ever so slightly. She wanted to make a grab for her Black Keys just in case, but to do so would not only show she was afraid of Anderson, but would likely be used as an excuse to try and kill her, despite how futile that effort would be. "So it seems like we have been summoned here to do God's work, as always. I... Look forward to working with you again, Father."

Robin flinched at the gunshot, simultaneously covering Jack's eyes just in time. Seems things are already getting violent, Robin thought to herself. These people reminded her of the kinds of pirates she was used to dealing with, before the Straw Hats. Except for that girl (Amy), maybe.

She decided to focus on Jack for a moment, her clone saying something to the little girl, "How about you tell me your name? Mine's Nico Robin," the question was to deflect the fact that someone was just shot, she seemed like such a fragile little child, despite her clothing. She was what, eleven? Twelve? Of course, by the age of eight the government was already chasing Robin...

Akainu sighed, something felt off too. He felt like he'd lost some of his focus on his power. He'd have to figure that out. More important to the matter, seems the one who knew what was going on was easily distracted.

The vampire, dignified as he currently was, didn't turn to look at Daiki's collapsing corpse. It was something he'd seen hundreds of thousands, if not millions of times, and the fact that the man hadn't even attempted to do anything to avoid his certain demise made it all the lest interesting. The gun pointed at his head had even been pointed out, yet he stood there as if divine intervention would ensure that a vampire who could shoot from the hip with uncanny aim would miss his head at point-blank range.

The results were not pretty. Explosive, .454 rounds tended not to leave nice little wounds. Hell, there wasn't much of a head left. And this was the weaker of the vampire's two guns. The other was intended to deal with a certain member of the Church...

"This is all the assistance I can give you, at least for now. I'll drag your soul or.." he turned to look at Alucard, "or souls back when you cease. I have that covered, all I need you to do is.. defeat Opherium." a dark hole opened up on the floor, and before one knew it, he sank into the darkness.

Opherium

"Mmm..." the young girl fell to a knee, shaking her head from side to side. "Why is my body so fragile?" she punched the ground before she stood up, shaking her head from side to side. "I'll...", she stopped talking, "He's already on the move..." she brought up a hand, forming a white portal a few meters away. "Go through there... it'll take you somewhere other than here...I don't know where.. but just... oii." she hit the ground again before standing tall. "I need some rest..."

Ragna the Bloodedge

"Hey, Noel, what are you..." he said as he looked to the new white portal that had just appeared. "Let go." he pulled his arm free of Noel's grip, looking at the white gate. "Finally." he muttered before sprinting forward, through the new path forged by the white haired girl.

Hazama

"Ewwww, not cleaning that up." is all Hazama said to the downed corpse. He looked to the new black gate and then to the group, "Well I better mosey on out of here." he moved himself to the darkness before waving to everyone with the back of his hand. "Well good luck all!" he said with a smile, walking into the void.
